Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives means upon proving that the Hypothesis cost-effectively reduces the >$155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs of Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks which cause Lifestyle Related Chronic Diseases, and Other Personal, Social, Productivity and Environmental Costs, during the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme (tentatively scheduled in NSW, but could be conducted in another State or ACT as explained in Venue Of Primary Research Programme), then Propagate  YELP to greater than 100,000 Interested Adults across Australia by end-2015, as explained in Propagation Forecasts And Targets, through utilising Complimentary Low Cost Initiatives not limited to -

1.         exploiting the Motivational Incentive of RTV by profiling in RTV Promotions ABC1 telecasting -

            (a)         'Team YELP'  RTV Promotion, with first episode in early-April 2012 for the Visual Content Of ABC1's Three x 60 min 'Team YELP'  RTV Promotions drawn from some of the 150 Team YELP'  Participants in the 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme; and

            (b)        Hilly Rides Challenge, from March 2013, the journey of approx half of the 50 Volunteers in the Primary Research Programme from amongst the Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged Volunteers (incl. some Indigenous Australians), supplemented by a handful of the Critical Mass of >5,200 Participants near the Venue For Pilot & Primary Research Programme in the 15 REAs, known as the Pilot Sample, who re-ignited their Youthful Exuberance to successfully complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges and Materially Alter Lifestyle by abandoning a Sedentary Lifestyle "and they are glad they did";

2.         maximise the substantive scope of e-Learning and e-Research Techniques on the YELP Website which will Compete For Market Share to materially reduce data dissemination, collection and analysis costs whereby -

             *           Interested Adults readily comprehend Risk Management Protocols; and

             *           the 50 Volunteers in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme transmit the information sought by the Research Project Team;

3.         relies on Existing Recreational & Competitive Exercise Infrastructure and draws upon Existing Human Resources;

4.         achieve substantive economies from utilising the Gatekeeper attributes of RECs and Pioneer FOFs under the Golden Gurus programme;

5.         Commoditise on a YELP Website the unstructured array of existing sporting groups, which presently provide the 15 REAs for the Venue For Pilot & Primary Research Programme, into an integrated structure of 9 RREAs and 6 MREAs, which employs enthusiasm and creativity with the Participant Personal Profile Page, similar to OceanSwims.com with which has encouraged a lot more adults to take up ocean swimming and also fostered camaraderie and bonhomie and CoolRunning.com.au which has similarly encouraged running;

6.         YELP  SPV would Encourage An Optimum, Uniform Delivery Model whereupon hundreds of existing and new LDREGs would consistently incorporate all the optimum features that Participants are attracted to in their LDREGs which would -
(a)        highlight that recreational exercise can be
Fun & Addictive;
(b)        develop and maintain LCCBSGs which fosters a Sense Of Community; and
(iii)
mitigates trauma accidents;

7.         Secondary Purpose of YELP  SPV is to reduce Serious Sporting Accidents within Interested Adults who commence a RREA in a LDREG (such trauma accident would be more disposed to LDRREGs) by Regulating Existing Sporting Activity Providers which entails delivering via e-Learning Techniques on the YELP Website Risk Management Protocols -

            (i)          Risk Warning;

            (ii)         Liability Acknowledgement; and

            (iii)        Training Procedures to Acquire Theoretical Knowledge;

8.         After 2014 Accredited Participants replace RECs -
*        Supervising  Abled  Interested Adults
to LDRREGs
; and
*        Referring
the less active Abled  Interested Adults to LDMREGs,
thereby restricting post 2014 RECs to -

             (i)         Supervise and Refer the Disabled and Disadvantaged; and

             (ii)        assist Community Support Providers in LCCBSGs to foster a Sense of Community,
which will materially reduce YELP Budget Costs post 2014.

             Explained from 4th para of Section 12.

9.          Annual Presentation Awards Dinners which presents a YELP Exceptional Community Contribution Medal in recognition of each Exceptional Community Contribution thereby -

(i)         rendering the act of fostering a Sense Of Community more fashionable which will 'inter alia' enthuse other Interested Adults (who possess a strong Sense Of Community) that the YELP  SPV delivers a robust platform for Abled Participant Assistants to provide tangible assistance to the Disabled and Disadvantaged; and

(ii)        encouraging other Australian adults to similarly turn their lives around to change their Lifestyle Behaviour, in particular Disabled and Disadvantaged, which requires assistance/support from Abled Participant Assistants.

10.       Utilising the enormous economies of the internet, YELP Website to provide for each Participant a Participant Personal Profile Page which includes a Physical Challenges CV to maximise each Participant's  Personal Health & Fitness and enjoyment in their LDREG.

11.       Deploys a No Media Advertising Policy.

12.       16 Equity Holders extolling the merits of YELP to their hundreds of thousands of employees which generate material economies from Complimentary Employee Enthusiasm.

Another significant initiative for the YELP  SPV is Annual Challenge Series Competitions which applied highly cost-effective Recognise And Reward Winners Rationale as an explicit Motivational Incentive for leading a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle by recognising and rewarding the fittest and most determined Age Division Winners in Abled Age Divisions and Disabled Category, both male and female.  However, this vital potent initiative to encourage Australians to lead a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle falls within the 4th Phase of Product and not within the ambit of the 3rd Propagation  Phase.
