Recognise And Reward Winners Rationale means in the 4th Phase of the Four P's of Project Development which provides Products in the form of Annual Challenge Series Competitions - the initial product being Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series which motivates, recognises and rewards Australian adults who lead a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle by deploying simple age-old psychology used by parents and teachers with children [eg putting a rubber stamp of an animal motif or a star on a child's hand or forehead or giving a ribbon to the winner of a 20m foot race for under 6's at Little Athletics] to -

(a)        motivate Participants to improve performance; and

(b)        encourage higher achievement.

All 'Male' and 'Female' Age Division Winners, both Abled and Disabled, would be awarded by the pertinent 'State Health Department' a coveted 'King of the Mountain Polka Dot Jersey' and 'King of the Mountain Medallion' which hundreds of enthusiastic KOM Climbers, both Abled and Disabled, would train diligently to win to recognise being the fastest KOM Climber in their Age Division in their state.

The penultimate paragraph in Section 3.VII.(a) acknowledges the marvelous work that a true humanitarian, Peter Cullen and a growing band of non-judgemental outreach social workers within  RecLink Australia, Sporting Chance Day and Choir of Hard Knocks have achieved by using sport to create a nexus with marginalised, 'vulnerable' Australians.  The results are that many Disadvantaged have rebuilt there lives, via various sports, in particular applying the Recognise and Reward Winners Rationale which instils encouragement, dignity and enhances self-belief.
