Local Community Healthy Lifestyle means with regard to the -

A.         YELP  First Business Plan and ICDI-HELP  Fifth Business Plan, an Interested Adult -

            (a)         joining an existing LDREG facilitated by the YELP  SPV to participate in a REA amidst a LCCBSG thereby incorporating regular outdoor exercise to Materially Alter Lifestyle; and

            (b)        leaving a small Personal Carbon Footprint due to -

             (i)         wanting to understand one's Primary Energy Carbon Contributors;

             (ii)        craving to enjoy leisure time in one's local region in the great outdoors with low transport costs where the Great Outdoors is our playground; and

            (iii)        respecting our rain forests, waterways and the ecological atmosphere which converts GHGs back to oxygen through, "inter alia" photosynthesis which retains the carbon in plant life, both on land and the oceans, rivers which cover 70% of planet Earth.

B.         Bohémian Teenagers Arts Assistance Programme  Second National Preventive Health Research Programme establishing a Local Community Common Bond Support Group which imbues the slogan "Forging friendships through The Arts" in each of

             *        20  Show Choirs; or
             *        20  Symphony Orchestras;
or
           
 *       
20  Dance Companies,
            
in order to -

             a)        maximise theatrical performance;

             b)        increase the socio-economic status of the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions; and

             c)        enable teenagers to maximise their potential, capabilities and Contribution To Society

Section 3.I(f) explains that the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is made up of eminent scientists, ecologists and climatologists from 120 countries.   In May 2007 IPCC announced 1,000 pageClimate Change 2007: Mitigation of Climate Change" report which highlighted that -

(i)         "man's energy consumption behaviour is materially accelerating the planet's rate of warming"; and

(ii)        a "shift in lifestyles" is required to mitigate climate change

In Nov 2007, IPCC was awarded, together with Al Gore, the Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts to avoid future inter-country wars over energy and water by providing empirical evidence that humans have to "dramatic shift lifestyle" which emits materially fewer CO2 Emissions.  

As explained in Section I(h)  and  Section 3 II(c), oil prices are forecast to rapidly escalate in the next 10 years due to -

a)         Peak Oil; and

b)         increased demand for petroleum based energy from emerging countries such as China, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Russia, Brazil and Argentina. 

As carbon taxes progressively impinge, economic necessity will dictate that many citizens from First World Countries who are used to driving long distances or flying overseas for leisure activities at far-flung marketed as 'exotic' venues, will have to kerb lengthy recreational travel.  Hence, the Traditional Role of Democratic Government obligates Governments to provide appealing leisure activities locally.  The 4th Phase, namely, Product, caters to this need.  RET is one of the Four Public Sector Equity Holders in order to promote suitable appealing venues for Annual Challenge Series Competitions as well as other appealing Products which cater to the Performing Arts, gardening etc., that the innovation and creativity juices of Pioneer FOFs could develop.
