Local District Moderate Recreational Exercise Group or LDMREG means, for the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot, a local community exercise group of Participants, both Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged for one of 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities, which comprises one or more Organisers and at least 15 Participants drawn, in the case of NSW, from 900+ Local District Recreational Exercise Groups in NSW which include 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities.  

On a fine day under good weather conditions, approx. 12 Participants may attend.  One a bad weather day, only a few diehards may turn-up.
