Venue For Pilot And Primary Research Programme means the YELP Holistic 'Hub' First Business Plan initially proposed the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme, as part of the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot, be conducted in NSW, with one of the Selected District Recreational Cycle Groups would be Muggaccinos Bicycle User Group.  However, NSW Dept of Health did not exhibit any interest in YELP.  Hence,  the Pilot and Primary Research Programme could be conducted in Vic or ACT or an amalgam of two or three of these states and territory. 

Pedal Power ACT is the largest and most progressive Cycling Organisation in the ACT which presently offers a dedicated cycling programme to assist vision impaired and other Disabled to ride a bicycle.  The programme is run by Ms. Lauren Brand whom the Business Plan Developer has spoken with and exchanged several e-mails.

Perhaps two District Recreational Road Cycle Groups could be drawn from Sydney, and two from Melbourne, together with Pedal Power ACT.
