Risk Management Protocols means -

(i)         a Risk Warning;

(ii)        a Liability Acknowledgement; and

(iii)       pertinent Training Procedures to Acquire Theoretical Knowledge,

for each RREA in order to minimise Serious Sporting Accidents and possible subsequent litigation when an Inviter invites an Invitee to participate in a Recreational Activity which may involve Three Types Of Risks  - in the case of NSW Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Act 2002 No 92, in particular "Division 5 Recreational Activities".

In order to mitigate liability of the YELP  SPV, the YELP Website will obligate each Interested Adult to comprehend the above Risk Management Protocols via e-Learning Techniques prior to each Interested Adult being Introduced by their REC to at least two Organisers and at least two Participants in their LDRREG.

Patently the risks for Recreational Road Cycling Bushwalking/HikingOcean SwimmingKayaking etc vary markedly.  Hence the Risk Management Protocols for each RREA will manifestly vary.  See for example Risk Management Protocols - Cycling.

Through the Secondary Purpose OF YELP  SPV, Risk Management Protocols under YELP will materially address Inviters being informed of their legal obligation to Provide A Risk Warning of the Three Types Of Risks to Invitees to the substantial benefit of all parties, thereby -

A.         reducing Serious Sporting Accidents by Invitees better understanding all Obvious Risks, Inherent Risks and Foreseeable, Non-Obvious, Explicit Risks; and

B.         reducing the likelihood of subsequent litigation which could materially discourage Organisers, RECs, Accredited Participants and Abled Participant Assistants.

See Section 23 and definitions of Provide A Risk Warning,  Risk Warning,  Dangerous Recreational Activity, Recreational Activity and Regulate Existing Sporting Activity Providers.
