Participants in their
LDRREG.
Patently the risks for
Recreational Road Cycling,
Bushwalking/Hiking, Ocean Swimming, Kayaking
etc vary markedly. Hence the Risk Management Protocols
for each
RREA

Through the
Secondary
Purpose OF YELP SPV, Risk Management Protocols
under YELP will materially address
Inviters
being informed of their legal obligation to
Provide A Risk Warning of
the
Three Types
Of Risks to
Invitees to
the substantial benefit of all parties, thereby -
A. reducing
Serious
Sporting Accidents by
Invitees better understanding all
Obvious Risks,
Inherent Risks and
Foreseeable, Non-Obvious, Explicit Risks; and
B. reducing the likelihood of subsequent litigation which could
materially discourage
Organisers,
RECs,
Accredited Participants and
Abled
Participant Assistants.
