"Hilly Rides Challenge" means, as noted in (ii) of RTV Promotion, 3 x 60 min RTV episodes, proposed for ABC1 national television to telecast during March 2013 which will deliver a much more potent/powerful message of the benefits from training for and attempting two Annual Endurance Sporting Event(s) - consistent with Second Basic Component Of CBT being a 'Challenging sporting distraction', than the Boston Marathon Challenge Template Of YELP Primary Research Programme, which PBS first transmitted on 30 October 2007 to 70 million circa Americans, and to more than 100 other countries.

"Hilly Rides Challenge" will show how 50 Volunteers, suffering an array of health ailments and leading a Sedentary Lifestyle Commit To And Complete Two Annual Endurance Sporting Event(s) and they are glad they did.

Boston Marathon Challenge showcased the power of the human spirit within their LCCBSG of 12 Team NOVA Boston volunteers, supported by exercise physiologists, nutritionists and a couple of seasoned athletes with Talk The Walk Motivational Skills to complete an exceedingly onerous physical challenge, notwithstanding adversities such as HIV, Depression, divorce, Obesity, post-fatality trauma and age.  One female amongst the 12 volunteers, who ran the Boston Marathon, was 60 and grossly over-weight when she was selected.

The physical and mental demands on the 50 Volunteers in the YELP  Primary Research Programme will be materially lower to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges (from Canberra in late Oct '12 and from Bright Vic. in late Jan '13) to quantify the Hypothesis' scope to reduce each of the Fifteen Problems, largely caused by the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, through intervention of a RREA.

Section 16.(f) explains why the RREA of Recreational Road Cycling, as opposed to Bushwalking/Hiking, Kayaking etc, was selected for the Primary Research Programme.

Physical and mental demands on the 50 Volunteers will be much lower as:

*           running a marathon is an exceedingly difficult physical pursuit for adults who have been leading a Sedentary Lifestyle which has a high propensity for RSI injuries;

*           low impact Cycling doesn't precipitate severe RSI injuries and therefore enables longer beaut training rides; and

*           low gearing enables cyclists to climb the steepest hills at the +60 King of the Mountain Climbs across Greater Sydney & Illawarra in King of the Mountain Performance Measurement.

The proposed ABC's Hilly Rides Challenge will leave an immeasurably stronger visual impression and effect on Australian viewers than the Boston Marathon Challenge, as YELP would be presented as Government's -

(i)         response to IPCC's call for a "shift in lifestyles" to lead a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint, and

(ii)        initiative to cost-effectively reduce the Other Fourteen Problems, in particular to assist Interested adults to Improve Personal Health & Fitness,

by low cost RECs assisting Interested Adults to Materially Alter Lifestyle in a Joint Venture  PPP between Four Public Sector Equity Holders and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders where the Equity Contributions of the latter represent 49.99% of the 'YELP Budget - 4 year costs' which reduces the drain on the public-purse.

As explained in Section 16(c), footage of the 10 Indigenous Australians and 5 attendees of a Salvation Army "Bridge Program" rehab centre as Volunteers, who formed their own LDRREGs, with the support of the Business Plan Developer in his role as Head Consultant For The Primary Research Programme and supported by the Research Programme Team, would -

(a)        greatly enhance the viewer impact of "Hilly Rides Challenge" and

(b)        provide a marvellous opportunity for the 10 Indigenous Australians and 5 in drug rehabilitation to achieve an exemplary personal profile, to benefit their future work/income opportunities, by successfully completing the Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges.

Hilly Rides Challenge is the first of Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives which will springboard the Propagation  Phase in a highly cost-effective manner.

Why should "Hilly Rides Challenge" be spread over 3 times as long as the Boston Marathon Challenge

Because the purpose, scope and input contributions by 16 Equity Holders during the -

*           10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme involving, not 12 but 50 Volunteers and a Research Programme Team, and

*           21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot involving 20 RECs, and 5,200 Pilot Sample,

would be considerably larger and infinitely more important, as the Pilot and Primary Research Programme will quantify YELP's scope to -

(i)         improve the utility of 22m Australian Human Brownfield Infrastructure by reducing the >$155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs more efficiently than the current Lifescripts programme; and

(ii)        achieve a "shift in lifestyles" for the Pilot Sample of 5,200 new Participants (5,000 Interested Adults + 150 Team Yelp Participants + 50 Volunteers).

The purpose, scope and input contributions by 16 Equity Holders is set out in -

A.         Content And Format Of ABC's "Hilly Rides Challenge"; and

B.         Equity Holder's Input Contribution For YELP Pilot and Research Programme which would be featured in proposed "Hilly Rides Challenge" on ABC1 television.

NB:      Any sceptics of YELP, or the scope of 3 x 60 min episodes to achieve the above, should watch the 6 short segments in the Boston Marathon Challenge in Apple Quick Time or Windows Low image size which are at Section 16.(j) or, at a minimum, the "Preview of Marathon Project" at  Quick Time or Low image size.

Explained in Section 16(c) Section 17(a),  Primary Research Programme,  Hilly Rides Challenge Equipment Kit,  Content And Format Of ABC's "Hilly Rides Challenge",   Equity Holder's Input Contribution For YELP Pilot and Primary Research Programme which would be featured in proposed "Hilly Rides Challenge" on ABC1 television.
