150 ' Team YELP'  Participants means, as explained in Section 16(g), 150 Interested Adults, comprising at least 40% males and at least 40% females, selected pro rata across five of the six state capitals and ACT, who volunteer and are accepted by the YELP SPV to participate in the 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme involving a 6 Months Training Schedule to attempt their State's Annual Endurance Triathlon in their state capital.

Each of 150 'Team YELP'  Participants would need to -

(i)         have led a Sedentary Lifestyle for at least the last 5 years and want to Commit To And Complete An Annual Endurance Sporting Event as a 'sporting distraction', consistent with the Second Basic Component Of CBT;

(ii)        be afflicted by at least one of the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks; and

(iii)       join a 3 person team to either swim, cycle or run in their Annual Endurance State Triathlon, accepted by 150 'Team YELP'  Participants, selected pro rata across five of the six state capitals and ACT, which commenced progressively from 13 Aug 2011 in Tasmania.
