Annual Presentation Awards Dinner means an annual awards dinner in each state capital which presents a YELP Exceptional Community Contribution Medal in recognition of each Exceptional Community Contribution.

Consistent with the 5th Guidance Influence, the entertainment industry has done a first rate job in indoctrinating society that film actors, rock singers and celebrities are worthy of global adulation. 

The annual Academy Awards puts a lot of bums on seats in movie theatres and sells DVDs.  The sporting industry has similarly dragged a lot of revenue and kudos by putting many of its athletic stars on a pedestal. 

The 5th Guidance Influence has taught most of us to hero worship and be in awe of these people, silly as that may seem.  And to boot, some of these actors, singers, celebrities and sporting heroes who are often revered, disappoint ie. Martin Sheen, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Brendon Fevola, Jason Akermanis, Wayne Carey, Gary Ablett, Shane Warne, Harbhajan Singh 'et al'.

As Governments want some adults to Materially Alter Lifestyle and live a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle which reduces Lifestyle Related Chronic Disease and also leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint, it is incumbent upon Government to rely on the Traditional Role of Democratic Government to invoke the 6th Guidance Influence to similarly recognise and pay homage to Australians in A, B, C, D, E, F and G of Exceptional Community Contribution at an Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state and territory capital, thereby -

(ii)        rendering fostering a Sense Of Community more fashionable; and

(ii)        encouraging others to similarly turn their lives around to change their Lifestyle Behaviour, in particular Disabled and Disadvantaged which patently require assistance from the Abled.

e-Research Techniques on a YELP Website renders it a simple task to rank performance under A, B, C, D, E, F and G of Exceptional Community Contribution to identify exceptional contributions under those categories.
