Abled Participant Assistant means an Abled Participant in a LDREG who -

(a)        informs a REC that he/she is willing to assist a Disabled  Interested Adult participate in a LDREG and discusses the type of assistance the Abled Participant is keen to provide to a Disabled Interested Adult;

(b)        completes an Offer to Assist a Disabled Adult Form on the YELP Website;

(c)        receives an e-mail from a REC which attaches a completed Request For Assistance From A Disabled Interested Adult Form;

(d)        reads the Assistance Procedures on the YELP Website;
