Similarly swimmers in the Annual 2.7km Palm Beach to Whale Beach BIG SWIM welcome seeing their swim time on the BIG SWIM website.

Kids in Little A's take great pride in displaying the ribbons they are given for being placed in Little A's footraces.  Tiny tots receive a ribbon merely from competing.

When an Interested Adult submits (using e-Research Techniques on a YELP Website) an Interested Adult Personal Profile seeking a REC to contact the Interested Adult in order to Supervise the Interested Adult into a LDREG, the information submitted is stored on a Participant Personal Profile Page whereupon the Interested Adult, upon progressing to Participant status, may select which of that information the Participant wants displayed on their Participant Personal Profile Page as motivation to improve their Personal Health & Fitness and enjoyment whilst participating in their LDREG.

The Participant Personal Profile Page also provides a Physical Challenges CV.

The Participant may, on their Participant Personal Profile Page,  -

(a)        add photos of the Participant taken whilst participating in their LDREG and a friendly, personable profile - similar to the +50 profiles available at Crew in Muggaccinos.com;

(b)        log their 'dates of participation', performances and weight loss in their LDRREG;

(c)        compare these co-ordinates in pie charts, column graphs etc on their Participant Personal Profile Page on the YELP Website with other selected Participants (neighbours, friends) in their LDRREG as a cost-effective' potent' camaraderie incentive to enthuse Participants to strive to maximise their Personal Health & Fitness to be fitter and healthier than their local exercise friends; and 

(d)        maintain a log of Annual Endurance Sporting Events the Participant  Committed To And Completed in their Physical Challenges CV.

The internet is an exceedingly cheap motivational tool.  Passion and enthusiasm expressed in OceanSwims.com is a primary reason for ocean swimming materially increasing in popularity in recent years, and CoolRunning.com.au which has similarly encouraged running.
