I am happy to travel to Melb to discuss my two National Preventive Health Research Programmes with you. Tony Abbot's penchant for physical fitness, where the mental benefits of, for example cycling before day rise with like-minded individuals, at least equal the physical benefits, together with his understanding of the Health & Ageing portfolio, renders Tony well suited to lobby for implementation of "Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme". The casting votes of the Independents render a climate for discussion and cooperation to introduce new programmes which deploy dedicated Return On YELP Capex Software to quantify the Economic Return On YELP Capex.
If you do not share my above view of the opportunity for Tony Abbott to champion a scratch & feel Community Driven Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme with a Forecast Return On YELP Capex of tenfold within five years [>$212 million dollars in savings within 5 years based on the YELP Budget], I will write to Messrs Windsor, Katter, Oakeshott and Wilkie to ascertain if they want to put their recent preachings about a more conciliatory, cooperative federal parliament into practice.
NB: I will post you a few more CDs if the Liberal Coalition knows a few of its supporters around retirement age, with a background in infrastructure project finance or project management, who are prepared to review my Two National Programmes and opine to you on their merit in writing. Anyone who is prepared to expend at least 20 hours reading my CD, of three year's R&D, would need to - a) understand the mental and physical benefits of participating in a RREA Which Is Fun & Addictive in a LDRREG amidst a LCCBSG which fosters a Sense Of Community; and b) be capable of preparing a SWOT Analysis. Yours sincerely
Phil Johnston |
