Capture Complimentary Synergies or Complimentary Synergies means for the Five Business Plans under the First National Preventive Health Research Programme, in particular the YELP Holistic First Business Plan, merging unique resources within each of the four interdependent agencies of Health & Ageing, Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change, DIISR and RET, by each providing 2 Pioneer Fit Old Farts (to achieve Fifteen Benefits Of Materially Altered Lifestyle) -

(a)        to review the YELP Holistic 'Hub' First Business Plan and accept (or reject) YELP; and

(b)        to (if the former) contribute Complimentary Low Cost Initiatives to assist Interested Adults to Materially Alter Lifestyle.

A YELP  SPV would comprise a JV between -

*        the above Four Public Sector Equity Holders which Capture Complimentary Synergies; and

*        12 Private Sector Equity Holders which Harness Private Sector Infrastructure & PPP Skills,

under a PPP for the Two Purposes of the YELP  SPV.

In addition, the senior management of these 16 Equity Holders would possess "pulling-power" to encourage those of their staff who presently lead a Sedentary Lifestyle to consider contacting a REC in order to join a LDREG, under the Optimum, Uniform Delivery Model, which will foster a Sense Of Community, thereby tapping into Complimentary Employee Enthusiasm.

A significant benefit of synergies from the Four Public Sector Equity Holders will be realised by facilitating a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle as beseeched by IPCC the 2007 joint-winners of the Nobel Peace Prize for humans to exhibit a "shift in lifestyle" which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint, in order to avert the high economic cost of damaging Climate Change
