BTAAP Final Launch Date means the date that the last of the following three programmes under the Second National Preventive Health Research Programme launches:

1. BTSCP Launch Date

2. BTSOP Launch Date

3. BTB&MDCP Launch Date

As explained in Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Competition, logically it will take longer for IMT Student Dancers to improve their dancing skills, particularly 'Ballet' dancing, than IMT Student Singer-Dancers and probably also IMT Student Musicians.  Whereupon, it may be necessary to defer the initial Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Competition for 18 months or so from the BTB&MDCP Launch Date.  However, performance/progress/development in 'Modern Dance' may be at a sufficient stage après 12 or 15 months from the BTB&MDCP Launch Date to conduct the inaugural Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Competition 12 or 15 months from the BTB&MDCP Launch Date.
