60 Private Sector Equity Holders or 60 Major Australian Companies means for each of the below Five SPVs, one of five clusters of twelve major Australian companies, known as 12 'Private Sector Equity Holders', drawn from the below schedule which would each provide two Golden Gurus (with appropriate colloquial titles Pioneer Fit Old Farts, Pioneer Symphony Music Fogeys etc) -

a)        who have a passion for the charter of their particular SPV and will bring high-level 'hands-on' creative and innovative leadership; and

b)        their employers will collectively contribute 50% of their particular SPV's budget costs -

• 12 Private Sector Equity Holders under the YELP  SPV;

• 12 Extra Private Sector Equity Holders under the ICDI-HELP SPV;

• 12 Additional Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTSCP SPV;

• 12 Other Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTSOP SPV; and

• 12 Further Private Sector Equity Holders under the BTB&MDCP  SPV,

drawn from:

A.       Top 100 Publicly Listed Companies;

B.       Top 30 Unlisted Companies;

C.       Top 10 NSW State Govt and semi-govt instrumentalities;

D.       Top 20 Accounting Firms;

E.       Top 20 Law Firms; and

F.       Australia’s Biggest Employers.
