ICDI  Five Year Propagation Forecasts means  -

*           at least 8,000  Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults, representing one in every thousand Overweight and Obese Australian adults in the Eight Major Australian Cities, during the ICDI Launch Year; and

*           collectively greater than 80,000 Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults 'in toto', by the end of the fifth year, representing one in every hundred Overweight and Obese adults, who complete the ICDI Challenge for the Four Purposes Of ICDI-HELP.

See Excel file ICDI-HELP Forecasts & Budgets (based on census data from 2006) for the below distribution, across the Eight Major Australian Cities for each state and territory capital -

I.           worksheet "Training_Venues,_Run_Coaches,_LaunchYear" calculates for the ICDI Launch Year -

             i)         over 9,000  Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults accepting the ICDI Challenge with over 8,000 forecast to become ICDI Finishers;

             ii)        across 103  Designated Training Venues in the Eight Major Australian Cities;

             iii)       administered by 247 Seasoned Running Coaches; and

             iv)       assisted by 110 Qualified Physiotherapists.

II.          worksheet "ICDI 5 Yr Propagation Forecasts" calculates the forecast 80,000 Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults 'in toto'  completing the ICDI Challenge over the initial 5 years of ICDI-HELP.

Below is an extract of Item D of Four Purposes Of ICDI-HELP:

"D.       establish thru the medium of RTV, namely "I Can Do It"  RTV Programmes, that a material percentage of Australia's 14 million adults (ie. those not Obese or Disabled) are able to take greater personal responsibility for Improving Personal Health And Fitness by accessing e-Learning, e-Training and e-Research Techniques on the YELP Website in order to commence a REA (as a Participant) at a LDREG, logically not restricted to Jogging/Road Running/Cross Country Running;"

Hence, whilst the ICDI Five Year Propagation Forecasts is for the ICDI-HELP National Support Team to assist greater than 80,000 Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults by the end of the fifth year to complete the ICDI Challenge and become ICDI Finishers, the Business Plan Developer forecasts that for each Interested Overweight Or Obese Adult who lives in the Eight Major Australian Cities and accepts the ICDI Challenge, four other adults will be motivated, after watching the "I Can Do It"  RTV Programmes, to -

*        register as an Interested Adult on the YELP Website;

*        complete an Interested Adult Application Form and complete requisite e-Learning, e-Training for the REA they would like to try out; and

*        commence that REA (as a Participant) at a LDREG, logically not restricted to Jogging/Road Running/Cross Country Running.

Hence, the Business Plan Developer forecasts that greater than 80,000 ICDI Finishers and 320,000 additional Participants (aggregate 400,000 'in toto') registering on either the ICDI-HELP Website, or the YELP Website, and Materially Altering Lifestyle.
