Re i) above, Twenty Renowned Orchestras, Choirs, Theatre Companies And Workshops Which Have Successfully Targeted Homeless and Marginalised notes, 'inter alia' that one of the several governments that have sought to copy the Venezuela Model (explained therein) is Big Noise in Scotland which comments: "Through learning to play together, the children learn to live together, and to grow up as confident people with respect for themselves and each other.” "Big Noise removes the barriers that keep underprivileged children from having the opportunity to be in an orchestra. “We work very hard to make sure that a child who is interested in being in the orchestra, gets to be in the orchestra. If they aren’t interested and don’t want to come then that’s fine. Maybe they will change their minds later when they see how much others are enjoying it. But if they want to come and there is a barrier stopping them, then we will remove it.” As with the El Sistema-inspired projects in Ottawa and New York City, Big Noise through the efforts of Sistema Scotland offers a beacon of light for underprivileged children. In the words of El Sistema founder, Dr. José Antonio Abreu, these are projects that fight “against poverty because a child who is materially poor becomes spiritually rich through music. Once the child has been enriched by music spiritually, he’s well prepared to belong and succeed in society.” Unlike the Venezuela Model and it's "copies" (Big Noise in Scotland and El Sistema-inspired projects in Ottawa and New York City) which target children, the Bohémian Teenagers Arts Assistance Programme is targeting teenagers and has included the word Bohémian because a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour will more successfully appeal to, attract (and retain) Bohémian Teenagers Singers and/or Dancers or Musicians in the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500 to join and remain with of 20 Show Choirs, 20 Symphony Orchestras or 20 Dance Companies across Australia for the Seven Purposes Of Bohémian Teenagers Arts Assistance Programme. BTAAP - (a) seeks to encourage the Bohémian traits within 5,100 Aggregate IMT Student Singers, Dancers or Musicians by committing themselves to their Show Choir, Symphony Orchestra or Dance Company amidst a Local Community Common Bond Support Group which imbues the slogan "Forging friendships through The Arts", by expressing any unorthodox social viewpoints and/or unconventional appearance and behaviour; and (b) does NOT to seek to 'force convention' upon 5,100 Aggregate IMT Student Singers, Dancers or Musicians. By encouraging 6,200 Aggregate Interested Marginalised Teenagers to project their 'unorthodoxy' through a democratically Selected Show Choir Routine or Selected Dance Repertoire etc with a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour, the opposite will likely result, as upon learning from the two Skilled Supervisors to sing and/or dance of play a musical instrument in a symphony orchestra with between 75 and 90 IMT Student Singers, Dancers or Musicians, who compete against the other 19 Show Choirs, Symphony Orchestras or Dance Companies in Three Annual National Bohémian Teenagers 'The Performing Arts Are Fun' RTV Competitions with the knowledge of assured BTAAP RTV Promotion which BTAAP RTV Motivational Incentive galvanises enthusiasm and bonding IMT Student Singers, Dancers or Musicians to enhance Self-esteem resulting in Medium Term Benefits Of BTAAP and Long Term Benefits Of BTAAP.
