This further follow-up letter to Peter Morris, Federal Department of Health & Ageing, dated 8 Nov 2008 explains project developments since the Business Plan Developer's most recent letter to Peter Morris dated 3 Sept 2008 due to the Business Plan Developer reviewing the Discussion Paper and re-working the YELP Holistic First Business Plan to Achieve All The Taskforce's Terms Of Reference and make explicit reference that the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks are prominent amongst the Fifteen Problems which YELP will reduce.
The Business Plan Developer's letter to Shaun Larkin, General Manager, Corporate Ventures HCF dated 23 July 2008 more thoroughly explains the Five YELP Business Plans. In particular, the YELP Holistic First Business Plan which is the core of my 18 month's R&D which I carried out upon retiring from a career in infrastructure Project Development at Commonwealth Bank to apply those skills to assist Interested Adults amongst Australia's 22m population (who represent Human Brownfield Infrastructure) who want to Materially Alter Lifestyle by inter alia the YELP SPV delivering to Interest Adults Recreational Exercise Activities As Fun And Addictive. Most people only opt to change their Lifestyle Behaviour, in particular Improve Personal Health & Fitness by abandoning a Sedentary Lifestyle, when something appeals to them as enjoyable, beneficial and attainable.
Three of the Business Plan Developer's former Business Cards at Commonwealth Bank have been added to the definition of Business Plan Developer, together with his old Resume. The final Business Card is his former boss, Geoff Meulman, who still is Head of Infrastructure.
The Business Plan Developer has amended the YELP Holistic First Business Plan in the enclosed 2 CDs to -
1. Achieve All The Taskforce's "Terms Of Reference", in particular at least 12 Indigenous Australians (10 from a remote Aboriginal settlement) are now included amongst the 50 Volunteers, in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme for the Two "Deal Breaker" Purposes Of The Primary Research Programme, namely to -
A. monitor 50 Volunteers which explicitly targets the Disadvantaged and Disabled in lower socio-economic regions to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges and quantify the Hypothesis' ability to reduce each of the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks; and
B. create a highly impressive RTV Promotion titled "Hilly Rides Challenge" by filming selective Volunteers during the Primary Research Programme (and other Participants from amongst the Pilot Sample of 5,200 new Participants in the Pilot) which highlights -
* how personally satisfying it is to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges amidst a LCCBSG, assisted by a REC and relying on e-Learning and Training Techniques on YELP Website, thereby commencing a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle; and
* the Economic Return On YELP Capex of YELP to mitigate the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks. AND
2. Fall Within The Discussion Paper, in particular -
(i) put 'research' and 'policy' into 'practice';
(ii) 'reshape attitudes and behaviours'
(iii) selecting 10 aboriginals from a remote settlement, and 2 Torres Straight islanders, represents a 'brief intervention' and a 'tailored' approach to reach Indigenous Australians;
(iv) ‘learning by doing’; and
(v) 'establish and maintain partnerships and collaborations' under a JV PPP administered by the YELP SPV.
