Defined Terms For Fourth Business Plan     Fourth Business Plan Project "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation

Five YELP Preventive Health Business Plans means the following five Interdependent business plans under the First National Preventive Health Research Programme to be delivered by the YELP SPV (JV between Four Public Sector Equity Holders and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders) for the Two Purposes of YELP  SPV:

1.         YELP Holistic First Business Plan sets out the economic benefit of health authorities Outsourcing (from GPs) the Final Three Stages of Australia's former Lifescripts programme (which applied Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’) for GP's Patients which are keen to commence a REA, by employing RECs (early retirees who have expended +10 years in voluntary sports administration) with Eleven Sports Administration Attributes to Take Charge Of  GP's Patients to join a LDREG under the Optimum, Uniform Delivery Model.

2.         Second Business Plan - Join a Green Team  or  Join a Green Team - Second Business Plan to encourage adults who wish to try Recreational Road Cycling to join a local Community Bicycle Group which provides a safer way for new Cyclists to -

            i)           learn Risk Management Protocols - Cycling from experienced Cyclists;

            ii)          develop confidence and skill to road cycle before venturing into heavy traffic; and

            iii)         be aware of Two Risk Mitigation Messages:

            *          "Ride leaders and organisers are required under Australian law to inform ride participants of all obvious risks"

            *          "Failure to hold third party insurance which covers cycling could financially ruin a negligent cyclist."

3.         Third Business Plan - Safety First Cycling Website  or Safety First Cycling Website -  Third Business Plan to reduce the number of Serious Cycling Accidents, by -

(i)         Road Authorities repairing Cycling Hazards,

(ii)        Road Cyclists submitting an Abusive Or Reckless Motorist Incident Report to discourage road rage; and

(iii)       Road Cyclists reviewing Accident Details Reports for Serious Cycling Accidents to learn more about cycling dangers,

             particularly as governments are encouraging citizens to try road cycling for short commuter trips.

4.          Fourth Business Plan - Project "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation to mobilise around 10% of Australians (from aged 15 years or older) to -

             (a)        submit their Personal Eco-Profile as a Sporting Participant in one Australian Sporting Team on a Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams"  in order to be awarded an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation;

             (b)        thereby demonstrably mandate Australian governments to make sometimes unpopular decisions to reduce the Average Australian's Current Carbon Footprint; and

             (c)        taps into a unique trait which Australians are renowned for the world over to galvanise the majority of the 4 million circa Australian Sporting Participants (>2 million) who play in +75,000 Sporting Teams, both 'organised' and non-organised' to want to -
(i)          live a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle;

            (ii)         understand their Personal Carbon Footprint and their Primary Energy Carbon Contributors;

            (iii)        'Declare' their Personal Carbon Footprint on a Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams" ;

            (iv)        'Pledge' on a Register of "Aussie Green Sporting Teams"  to live by Ten Green Commandments to pursue Australia's Personal Target Carbon Footprint in order to be awarded an "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation; and

            (v)         provide a demonstrable mandate to all 3 tiers of Australian government to "make the tough calls" to reduce the Average Australian's Current Carbon Footprint which per capita is high amongst First World Countries.

 5.         Fifth  Business Plan   I Can Do It  -  Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme where the ICDI-HELP  SPV invites Interested Overweight & Obese Adults, from amongst those 5.4m approx. Overweight and Obesity adults in Australia that live in one of Eight Major Australian Cities to complete the ICDI Challenge for the Four Purposes Of ICDI-HELP which includes achieving the ICDI Five Year Propagation Forecast of 80,000 Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults who become ICDI Finishers, within the ICDI-HELP Five Year Budget of $21,268,428 at an average cost of $264 per ICDI Finisher.  ICDI Five Year Propagation Forecast that in addition to the 80,000 ICDI Finishers, a further 320,000 additional Participants (aggregate 400,000 'in toto') will register on either the ICDI-HELP Website, or the YELP Website, and Materially Alter Lifestyle.
