Community Project Join a Green Team - choice of up to 8 similar style generic Join a Green Team Team Jerseys in Approved Appearance which display Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans, Two Risk Mitigation Messages and the Team Name of each Australian Community Bicycle Group that lodges a Purchase Order: (i) approx 30% cheaper than a Community Bicycle Group designing its own unique team jersey (ii) easy to order directly from each Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Maker on their websites 3. Target Sales Market establishes >200 existing and future Community Bicycle Groups across Australia without an existing team jersey which the Media Advertising Campaign would target to place a Purchase Order for Join a Green Team Team Jerseys for their Community Bicycle Groups which display Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans - (i) as more Australians seek a Local Healthy Lifestyle; and (ii) because high quality bicycles are half the price of a dozen years ago due to manufacturer in China and a stronger AUD$ 4. Alas, the design artwork cost for a unique, dedicated team jersey which displays a particular Team Name ranges from $250 to $550 depending on the quantity of team jerseys ordered rendering it costly for many Community Bicycle Groups to have a team jersey - I) unless they have 40 or 50 existing Cyclists to defray that one-off artwork cost; or II) the Community Bicycle Group is formed/supported by a bicycle shop to increase its sales Achieving consensus amongst members of a Community Bicycle Group for the style of a team jersey may also be an impediment to designing a unique jersey, thereby evidencing some Community Bicycle Groups not having a distinctive team jersey which attracts additional Cyclists 6. Total Project Cost for Community Project Join a Green Team is $36,500 payable upon the Project Developer achieving separate - I. Conditions Precedent To Pilot Phase whereupon $1,500 Muggaccinos Team Jersey Contribution is paid to the Project Developer for Project Developer assembling >50 Muggaccinos Cyclists for the Photo Shoot for the Media Advertising Campaign - the Project Developer will sell the 75 initial Team Jerseys to Muggaccinos cyclists @ $20 below manufacture cost and retain Nil of $1,500 Muggaccinos Team Jersey Contribution; II. Conditions Precedent To Propagation Phase; III. Conditions Precedent To Jersey Distribution Fee whereupon up to $5,000 'in toto' is paid to the Project Developer @ $50 per Community Bicycle Group placing a Purchase Order during the Propagation Phase with one of up to 8 Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers for Join a Green Team Team Jerseys in accord with the Jersey Distribution Forecast; and IV. SBS "Cycling Central" and Three Leading Australian Cycling Magazines publicising Community Project Join a Green Team in Media Advertising Campaign 9. YELP SPV would sign-off the Approved Appearance of the Join a Green Team Team Jersey including selected Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans to appear across the back of each Team Jersey 10. For the Pilot Phase Muggaccinos.com would purchase 75 Join a Green Team Team Jerseys at the Agreed Prices For Long And Short Sleeve from one of up to 8 Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers which would also display Muggaccinos.com because Community Project Join a Green Team seeks to enable existing and new Community Bicycle Groups across Australia to obtain a Join a Green Team Team Jersey which by displaying - (i) their Team Name will encourage new Cyclists to join their Community Bicycle Group; and (ii) Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans expresses their concern over man's impact on Climate Change 11. Community Bicycle Groups that purchase Join a Green Team Team Jerseys could publish their own creative Digital Short Movie on Join a Green Team Website which expresses their Community Bicycle Groups view of 'How' Australians can or 'Why' Australians should Materially Alter Lifestyle to reduce their Personal Carbon Footprint their providing Tangible Evidence that Australians are heeding IPCC's May 2007 recommendation for humans to exhibit a "shift in lifestyle" 12. YELP SPV would - (i) select the best Digital Short Movie each six months during the 2 year Propagation Phase; and (ii) refund the cost of the Purchase Order for their Join a Green Team Team Jerseys to the Community Bicycle Group which produced the best Short Movie for the previous 6 months as voted on proposed Join a Green Team Website 13. Upon the Project Developer achieving all Conditions Precedent For Pilot Phase, YELP SPV would pay once only $1,500 Muggaccinos Team Jersey Order Fee 14. Upon the Project Developer achieving all Conditions Precedent To Jersey Distribution Fee, YELP SPV would pay up to $5,000 Jersey Distribution Fee upon the Project Developer progressively achieving the Jersey Distribution Forecast due to - (i) 30% (ave) lower cost than if individual Community Bicycle Group's design their own style team jersey for orders under 30 items, (ii) Community Bicycle Groups are invariably keen to attract new Cyclists - what better slogan to attract new Cyclists than wearing a Join a Green Team Team Jersey (iii) vast majority of Cyclists would be pleased to wear a Join a Green Team Team Jersey which displayed Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans because the great outdoors is their playground and they want it looked after 15. Displaying on the Join a Green Team Team Jersey Two Risk Mitigation Messages will - * alert Ride Organisers and/or Ride Leaders of their legal obligation to list Risk Warnings of the Three Types Of Risks or run the risk of Harm Suffered potentially costly litigation; * diminish bicycle accidents whilst new Cyclists learn how to cycle competently, with some opting to then commute by bicycle; and * ensure Cyclists hold third party public liability insurance where a negligent cyclist could be litigated for in excess of a million dollars if an injured cyclist materially loses future earning capacity and/or QOL 16.
