Head Consultant For Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes or Head Consultant means the Business Plan Developer if appointed by Dept of Health & Ageing, National Prevention Agency or another government agency, to be responsible for the Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes, in particular the Pilot, Preparatory Research Programme, Primary Research Programme and Conditions Precedent To Propagation, pursuant to the YELP Holistic First Business Plan, upon achieving all tasks and undertakings in Annexure E  Head Consultant's Conditions Precedent To 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot.

Gross Head Consultant Remuneration notes the Head Consultant would donate 25% of the Gross Head Consultant Remuneration to the YELP Disabled Equipment Fund to encourage Philanthropy.
