Hilly Rides Challenge Equipment Kit means each of the 50 Volunteers in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme would be provided with -

1  x  pair of bicycle shoes;

1  x  bicycle helmet

2  x  cycling jerseys

1  x  knicks (bicycle pants).

The cost of the above is $300 based on a bulk order of 50 kits.

The Research Programme Budget for 50 Hilly Rides Challenge Equipment Kits is $15,000 (50 x $300).

The two cycling jerseys provided to each of the 50 Volunteers would prominently display "Hilly Rides Challenge" as well as Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme. 

Human behaviour from aged 3 to 93 evidences that simple items such as an appealing, colourful, dedicated bicycle jersey which promotes the purpose of Materially Altering Lifestyle, a shiny new helmet and a new pair of cycle shoes, can collectively prove to be highly cost-effective 'Motivational Tools' which assist Volunteers who may be pondering "Is it all worth it?" from time-to-time during the 10 months of training to Improve Personal Health & Fitness in order to attempt Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges.

Recently retired magistrate, Antoine Bloeman, who employed unconventional and controversial sentences, including offering a guilty felon, a young aboriginal, a new bicycle if he didn't re-offend for 90 days, would support the above approach.
