Content And Format Of (Proposed) ABC's Hilly Rides Challenge means 3 x 60 min episodes on ABC1 national television in March 2013 which prove -

*           over 10 times more powerful than "Marathon Challenge"; and

*           over 50 times more cost-effective in encouraging Australian Interested Adults to Improve Personal Health & Fitness to reduce >$155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs of Fifteen Problems due to Negligent Lifestyle Behaviour by featuring half of 50 Volunteers, incl 10 Disadvantaged aboriginals from a remote aboriginal settlement, train to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges

(a)         Fleetingly note the Fifteen Problems and their Causes.

(b)         Explain that the YELP  First Business Plan employs dedicated RECs under a 20 Months Tenure Of Pilot to attract 5,200 Pilot Sample to achieve Critical Mass, which includes a 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme with 50 Volunteers.

(c)         Explain that the YELP Theme has instilled confidence within Interested Adults from all socio-economic groups, Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged, be they in good physical and mental health or poor mental and/or physical health, that they can draw back on the intuitive skills they previously learned to re-introduce outdoor exercise by commencing a RREA, with the assistance of a REC and a comprehensive YELP Website, because they have recalled inquisitively and confidently exploring the great outdoors years ago with childhood friends.

(d)        Explain the Hypothesis which was tested during the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme (ended 31 Jan 2011) involves 50 Volunteers from amongst the Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged, who were leading a Sedentary Lifestyle and wanted to take on a 'Challenging sporting distraction', consistent with the Second Basic Component Of CBT to Test The Hypothesis.  All of the Volunteers would need to be afflicted by at least one of the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, with at least 50% of Volunteers also afflicted by Another Health Ailment.

(e)        Explained the 50 Volunteers agreed to train in LDREGs to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges applying the same rationale that army and marine corp. across the globe utilise, called 'basic training' or Boot Camp to -

(i)          toughen new recruits both mentally and physically to handle the rigours and stresses of military service; and

(ii)         develop loyalty for and camaraderie amongst their fellow trainees, however, without the screaming of a Sergeant Major to assert his authority, because RECs "motivate not humiliate".

(f)         Profiled approx. half of the 50 Volunteers -

             (i)         in particular the 12 Indigenous Australians, 10 of whom are aboriginals living on a remote aboriginal settlement (explained in Section 16.(c) and Primary Research Programme) as they trained, within their LCCBSGs, who completed the Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges, together with a few interesting Participants from amongst the 5,200 Interested Adults in the Pilot Sample and highlight how easy it was for Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged  Volunteers to draw back on their Youthful Exuberance using e-Learning Techniques on the YELP Website with auxiliary personal support from RECs, to Change Social Values; and

(ii)        in particular selected Abled Participant Assistants who enable Disabled  Interested Adults from amongst the Pilot and Volunteers within the Primary Research Programme to participate in a RREA,

             in order to materially springboard Propagation from 1 July 2011 to all other States and ACT (which were not involved in the Primary Research Programme) in order to achieve Propagation Forecasts And Targets.

(g)         Highlighted that all Interested Adults and the 50 Volunteers attested (via submitting their Personal Eco-Profile in a Participant Progress Report) to live by Ten Green Commandments, as part of Project "Aussie Green Team" Accreditation (final form to be agreed by Two Major Equity Holders) by reviewing their Primary Energy Carbon Contributors and reduce their Personal Carbon Footprint;

(h)         Explained the Economic Return On YELP Capex of YELP using the Return On YELP Capex Software which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model to quantify the -

             *            effect of the Hypothesis involving one RREA; and

             *            intervention of 6 MREAs as part of the Pilot

             to reduce the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks.

(i)         Highlighted the synergies, innovation and fiscal cost savings from a PPP for the YELP  SPV comprising of Two Major & Two Minor Public Sector Equity Holders for each State or Territory and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders at Equity Holder's Input Contribution For YELP Pilot and Research Programme which will include:

1.         Health & Ageing -
(i)         select the Research Programme Team; and

             (ii)        provide meaningful input to the Return On YELP Capex Software re Personal Health And Fitness, Coping Skills, Cognitive Development, Family Unit Cohesion, Recreational Drug Use;

2.         Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change providing data on the reduced Personal Carbon Footprint from various combinations of changes in Primary Energy Carbon Contributors due to Materially Altered Lifestyle.

3.         DIISR -

            (i)         source most of the 20 RECs; and

            (ii)        provide meaningful input into Personal Health And Fitness testing the 50 Volunteers by the Research Programme Team and the Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer

4.         RET - the 4th Product Phase of YELP will provide Participants with attractive venues for Annual Challenge Series Competitions to encourage Participants to live a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint.  NSW, in particular is blessed with hundreds of beaut mountains to hike up or climb by bicycle, as well as lakes/rivers/oceans to swim, kayak and canoe.  An Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series which Tourism Australia provided a support letter for KOM Challenge Series is the initial Product Vital to reducing Personal Carbon Footprint is RET successfully promoting exciting and appealing venues to cycle, hike, swim and paddle in the 4th Product Phase of YELP.

5.         Interested employees from Australia's major mining companies, infrastructure companies and banks contributing modelling resources for the Return On YELP Capex Software which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model

6.         Two leading law firms separately representing the Four Public Sector Equity Holders and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders under a PPP for the YELP  SPV.

7.         One leading accounting firm which audits the YELP  SPV's financial accounts.  Another leading accounting firm provide written comments (for the benefit of the 16 Equity Holders) on the Head Consultant's Monthly Report To Equity Holders.

8.          ABC1 Television could produce the Hilly Rides Challenge RTV Promotion to be televised nationally in March 2013 and RTV Promotion On DVD To Clinicians At Outset Of Pilot
