Five YELP Business Plans where YELP First Business Plan is the Hub
My further follow-up letter to Peter Morris, Federal Department of Health & Ageing, dated 8 Nov 2008 explained project developments since the Business Plan Developer's previous letter to Peter Morris dated 3 Sept 2008 after -
(a) reviewing the Discussion Paper and re-working the YELP Holistic First Business Plan to Achieve All The Taskforce's Terms Of Reference; and
(b) making explicit reference that the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks are prominent amongst the Fifteen Problems which YELP will materially reduce the >$155b annual cost.
Today I posted the Business Plan Developer's Second Letter To Each Of The Taskforce Members which provides the Five Business Plans "as at 18 Dec 2008" as I have expended fifty or so more hours to -
(i) set out the modus operandi of 32 Pioneer Fit Old Farts and the Compilation Of 12 Private Sector Equity Holders including suggesting such Pioneer FOFs as Wal King, CEO, Leighton Holdings, Richard Mulberry at Bovis Lend Lease, Phillip Cornwell at Allen Arthur Robinson, David Winch and Guy de Carli aka Lawyer at CBA, David Rickards aka TreeHugger and Peter Barnard at Macquarie Bank and Adam Spencer at 702 ABC Radio (Apprentice FOF until 50);
(ii) establish a Peppercorn Fee of $1 which the YELP SPV would pay to the Business Plan Developer for all the I.P. associated with the 18 months R&D to produce the Five YELP Business Plans (YELP First "Hub" Business Plan contains 90% of the I.P), whereupon -
* the YELP SPV would own all the R&D I.P. ; and
* 32 Pioneer Fit Old Farts would be comfortable about contributing Complimentary Low Cost Initiatives to the Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives because their employers would be the beneficiaries;
(iii) "develop" the definition of Hypothesis which relies on the Second Basic Component Of CBT by Hilly Rides Challenge in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme proving that Committing To And Completing Two Annual Endurance Sporting Events is 'pleasant imagery' in the great outdoors within a LCCBSG 'pleasant activity scheduling' as a mental diversion from the pressures of modern life, utilising 'counting methods' by clicking away the 'achievement kilometres', and 'use of a focal point to divert attention away' to replace thoughts that result in the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks 'with more adaptive, coping thoughts' as proven in successful Marathon Challenge template;
(iv) add About 45 New Defined Terms with those in Yellow background of particular interest; and
(v) write item 14. of Second Letter to Each Of the Taskforce Members titled Business Plan Developer's draft responses to the Taskforce's "Questions" in the Discussion Paper".
The YELP Holistic First Business Plan in the enclosed 2 CDs "as at 18 Dec 2008" -
1. Achieves All The Taskforce's "Terms Of Reference", in particular at least 12 Indigenous Australians (10 from a remote Aboriginal settlement) are now included amongst the 50 Volunteers in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme for the Two "Deal Breaker" Purposes Of The Primary Research Programme, namely to -
A. monitor 50 Volunteers which explicitly targets the Disadvantaged and Disabled in lower socio-economic regions to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges and quantify the Hypothesis' ability to reduce each of the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks; and
B. creates a highly impressive RTV Promotion titled "Hilly Rides Challenge" by filming selective Volunteers during the Primary Research Programme (and other Participants from amongst the Pilot Sample of 5,200 new Participants in the Pilot) which highlights -
* how personally satisfying it is to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges amidst a LCCBSG, assisted by a REC and relying on e-Learning and Training Techniques on YELP Website, thereby commencing a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle; and
* the Economic Return On YELP Capex of YELP to mitigate the Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks. AND
2. Falls within the Discussion Paper, in particular -
(i) put 'research' and 'policy' into 'practice';
(ii) 'reshape attitudes and behaviours'
(iii) selecting 10 aboriginals from a remote settlement, and 2 Torres Straight islanders, represents a 'brief intervention' and a 'tailored' approach to reach Indigenous Australians;
(iv) ‘learning by doing’; and
(v) 'establish and maintain partnerships and collaborations' under a JV PPP administered by the YELP SPV.
My Draft Article titled Having 'confidence in the structure' not about 'spending squillions' snapshots the YELP Holistic First Business Plan which establishes a platform for Philanthropy.
The Business Plan Developer will shortly send the Five Business Plans to Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts, The Hon Peter Garrett AM MP and Minister for Climate Change and Water, Senator the Hon Penny Wong as -
(I.) the Five Business Plans identify Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change as one of Two Major Public Equity Holders, albeit when that definition was drafted, it assumed State Govt. involvement, where as YELP provides for Federal Govt. involvement, in lieu of State Govt. involvement; and
(II.) facilitating a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle, which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint, is integral to Preventive Health.
