Six Reasons For Preparatory Research Programme means, as explained in Section 16(g):

(i)         Enable a seamless transition into the YELP Preventive Health Programme commencing on 13 Aug 2011 in Sheffield Tasmania with the launch of the Preparatory Research Programme which is 6½ months prior to the Primary Research Programme commencing on 1 April 2012 which initially evidences 9 'Team YELP'  Participants (3 x 3 person triathlon teams) begin a 6 Months Training Schedule to attempt the Hell in the Hills 'Olympic Distance' Triathlon on Sun, 12 Feb 2012, as part of the National Half IronMan And Shorter State Triathlons.   Team YELP'  Participants from all other States and ACT (except NSW) would similarly progressively commence a 6 Months Training Schedule to train for the Annual Endurance State Triathlon in their State capital or Canberra. 

(ii)        Create a separate highly persuasive 'Team YELP'  RTV Promotion in 3 x 60 min episodes titled 'Team YELP'  Triathlon Challenge by featuring approx 50 of the 150 'Team YELP' Participants during the respective 6 Months Training Schedule which highlights -

             *           how personally satisfying and addictive it is for 'Team YELP'  Volunteers to complete one of the three legs in the 'Team YELP'  Triathlon Challenge in their state or ACT, amidst a LCCBSG Administered by RECs and the Research Programme Team relying on e-Learning and Training Techniques on YELP Website, thereby commencing a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle;

             *           the Research Programme Team develop and refine the Return On YELP Capex Software required for the Primary Research Programme to quantify the Hypothesis' scope to diminish the Fifteen Problems; and

             *           that the YELP  PPP involves a JV  SPV between Four Public Sector Equity Holders and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders to reduce Fifteen Problems incl addressing Three Chronic Problems and Climate Change;

            which ABC1 would telecast [the first of 3 x 60 min episodes in early-April 2012 (10 months prior to ABC1 telecasting Hilly Rides Challenge in March 2013) with 2nd episode in mid-Aug 2012 and 3rd episode in end-Jan 2013 six weeks after the final State Triathlon in Canberra City, ACT] a highly persuasive 'Team YELP'  RTV Promotion titled 'Team YELP' Triathlon Challenge.

(iii)       Facilitate the Research Programme Team develop/refine the Return On YELP Capex Software (required to quantify the Hypothesis) during the Primary Research Programme and the Format of the Primary Research Programme.

(iv)       Enable a safe and timely commencement of the YELP Holistic First Business Plan where the Interested Parties, Pioneer Fit Old FartsRECsResearch Programme Team Pilot Delivery Team and Head Consultant enjoy ample time to perform their roles set out in the First Business Plan.

(v)        Very low Preparatory Research Programme Budget.
