Section 16(c) notes the - (i) Research Programme Team would invite members of a Specific Industry Group (possibly NSW Nurses' Association) to apply to be 25 of the 50 Volunteers for the Primary Research Programme - see Draft Poster based on inviting Nurses and midwives; and (ii) the Business Plan Developer, if appointed Head Consultant for the Pilot, Research Programme and Conditions Precedent to Propagation, would seek to work with the Research Programme Team to procure 25 other Volunteers from amongst the Disadvantaged and Disabled for the Primary Research Programme. Section 17 notes the Primary Research Programme Budget includes a provision of - A. $35,000 (item 7) to purchase 50 road bicycles and $15,000 (item 7) for 50 Hilly Rides Challenge Equipment Kits 'in bulk' - (i) as an inducement to become a Volunteer; and (ii) as compensation to each Volunteer for - * providing data for the Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer; and * attending the Health Assessment Appointment and completing Four Hypothesis Test Reports, whereupon the Volunteer may retain their bicycle as their own personal property. B. $5,000 (item 8) to offer a notional $100 'Success Fee' in arrears (per Volunteer who sticks with it) to the 5 Selected Recreational Road Cycle Groups as an inducement to encourage each Volunteer to continue with the Primary Research Programme and submit the 4 Hypothesis Test Reports. 2. In order to test the Hypothesis' scope to Empowers Adults To Better Control Their Stress Responses by rekindling Youthful Exuberance to succeed in new, Challenging, physical environs in their LDREG under the Optimum, Uniform Delivery Model amidst a LCCBSG, as well as commit to attempt Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges which hardens resolve, improves self-confidence and raises aspirations/contentment, at least one third of the Volunteers would need to presently be taking some anti-depressant medication which would remain confidential to the Research Programme Team, as explained in Section 16.(d), unless a Volunteer disclosed that information to another cyclist(s) or signed a release for their 'Segment #6 - Coping Skills' data to be released. The remaining two thirds of Volunteers would be - * overweight; and/or * over reliant on Recreational Drug Use; and/or * Disabled or Disadvantaged. 3. All Volunteers would have to want to become a Recreational Road Cyclist with one of the 5 Selected District Recreational Road Cycling Groups as explained in Section 16(c) and Section 16.(f).

5. The YELP Holistic First Business Plan assumes the Pilot and Primary Research Programme will be held exclusively in NSW. However, the Pilot and Primary Research Programme could be conducted in another State or ACT or across two States and ACT or one State and ACT, particularly as Pedal Power ACT is a particularly strong Bicycle Organisation. Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne could each provide one or two of the 5 Selected District Recreational Road Cycling Groups explained in Section 16.(c).
