The physical and mental demands on the 150 'Team YELP' Participants in the 6 Months Training Schedule to complete the Team YELP' Triathlon Challenge will be approx 40% of such demands on the 12 volunteers who completed Boston Marathon Challenge by running a 42km marathon. Hence, a 6 Months Training Schedule is ample, particularly as a feature of Boston Marathon Challenge, Hilly Rides Challenge and Team YELP' Triathlon Challenge is the short time it takes to materially Improve Personal Health And Fitness.
The Business Plan Developer, if appointed Head Consultant For Pilot, Two Research Programmes And Conditions Precedent To Propagation, could co-ordinate triathlon clubs, swimming clubs, recreational bicycle groups and running clubs in each state capital and Canberra to train the 150 'Team YELP' Participants across Australia in their selected discipline of swimming, cycling or running. However, support from the Research Programme Team and Interested Parties would naturally be welcomed. Merit exists in all 'Team YELP' Participants coming under the wing of triathlon clubs in their capital city at least one month prior to attempting their State's Annual Triathlon in their state capital. That is, in the case of SA, - (i) two or three local district swimming clubs in the Adelaide metropolitan area would take responsibility for the 6 rookie swimmers in Adelaide; and (ii) two or three local district community bicycle groups in the Adelaide metropolitan area would take responsibility for the 6 rookie cyclists; and (iii) two or three local district running clubs in the Adelaide metropolitan area would take responsibility for the 6 rookie runners, with responsibility for these 18 rookies being transferred to two or three triathlon clubs in the Adelaide metropolitan area by 20 Feb 2012, so that each swimmer could get to know their cyclist and runner, and visa versa, thereby build up camaraderie/bonhomie in a LCCBSG - integral to maximum commitment.
