Pilot Delivery Team means -
(a) 1 x Head Consultant For The Pilot, Research Programme and Conditions Precedent To Propagation;
(b) 20 x RECs who each possess Eleven Sports Administration Attributes to -
* Supervise 3,000 Interested Adults, both Abled and Disabled, into one of 9 Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activities for the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot;
* Refer another 2,000 Interested Adults, both Abled and Disabled, into one of 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities for the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot; and
* Administer a further -
# 25 Volunteers, both Abled and Disabled, from a Specific Industry Group; and
# 25 Volunteers, both Abled and Disabled, from amongst the Disadvantaged, including some afflicted with Chronic Pain which in 2007 cost Australia $34.3 billion – or $10,847 per Australian with Chronic Pain;
(c) 4 clinicians or sports therapists in the Research Programme Team;
(d) 1 x 'RTV Producer' to produce the -
* 3 hour 'Team YELP' RTV Promotion titled ' Team YELP' Triathlon Challenge during the 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme; and
* 3 hour RTV Promotion titled "Hilly Rides Challenge" during the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme.
(e) 1 x Cameraman/Editor, as the bulk of digital footage would be taken by the RECs when Administering the 50 Volunteers during the Primary Research Programme.
