Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Philanthropic Programme 

Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees means each of the Ten Corporate Sponsors would source one   indigenous employee (from their particular business company) aged between 20 and 40 who plays, or coaches, at a high level, one of the Three Mixed Teams Sports to coach these Sport in the Year 9 Mixed Teams' Tri-Sports Challenge to perform the below role of a Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee

Ideally there would be -

*          3  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees who play or coach Soccer;

*          3  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees who play or coach Tennis;

*          3  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees who play or coach Basketball or Netball; and

*          1  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee who is competent in each of the Three Mixed Teams Sports to cover for an '11th hour illness'.

Two or three 'back up' Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees would be identified in case of an '11th hour illness'.

In order to coach the 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students -

*          one  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee;

*          one  x  Team Sporting Coach being a Gatekeeper; and

*          one  x  Sporting Role Model,

would attend an On-Site Workshop at each of the Six Regional Townships for each of the Three Mixed Teams Sports by end-April in the First RTV Year   

Each Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee would also attend either three or four of the Six Regional Townships for the '3 days' On-Site Workshop which aggregates to 90 Mentor Days.  After adding in one day's travel per On-Site Workshop, each of Ten Corporate Sponsors would incur the cost of one  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee being 'on secondment' from their 'usual day job' for 24 days 'in toto' during the First RTV Year only which would be an associated cost for each of the Ten Corporate Sponsors

Over 7 days during September/October 2027 School Holidays between Term 3 and Term 4 in the First RTV Year -

*           2 x    Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees would attend the Western City Tri-Sports Challenge; and

*           (the other) 2 x    Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees would attend the Eastern City Tri-Sports Challenge,

to perform referee/umpire duties for soccer and basketball games and tennis matches set out at  Three Mixed Teams Sports and provide support to the attending -

*        5  x  Indigenous Local Connectors;

*        60 x  Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students; and

*        3  x  Judges.

Any/all of the the Ten Corporate Sponsors could share these Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee duties between two of their employees.

Benefits of seconding 1  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee from each of Ten Corporate Sponsors would not be limited to:

  1. 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students spread across the Ten Regional Township Teams would relate to, and therefore benefit more so, from a sportsperson aged between 20 and 40 years old who is a whiz at the particular Mixed Teams Sport and effortlessly displays that skill which should enthuse the 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students to strive to emulate the Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee's skills.

  2. A marvellous 'career development experience' for each of the 10  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees to meet and assist the 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students by visiting either three or four of the Six Regional Townships and gaining a glimpse of living conditions and social obstacles for a minority of "Unlucky Australians", in addition to attending either the  Western City Tri-Sports Challenge or the Eastern City Tri-Sports Challenge over 7 days during September/October 2027 School Holidays between Term 3 and Term 4 in the First RTV Year.

  3. Augment the Thirteen Deliverables From 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' Philanthropic Programme, in particular Prove The Effectiveness And Viability Of The Private Sector Philanthropic Administrator Model, by demonstrating Complimentary Low Cost Initiatives provided by the Ten Corporate Sponsors by drawing upon the specialist skills of younger employees who are 'guns' at the Three Mixed Teams Sports in the first of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges, as Gatekeepers no longer possess required agility.  

  4. Utilising 10  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees will reduce the load in the First RTV Year on the Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues, known as Wise Old Owls, thereby facilitate -

    *          15 Employee Elder Colleagues and 15 Retired Elder Colleagues performing an Administrative role; and

    *          15 Retired Elder Colleagues performing one or more of the Eleven Mentoring Roles as Gatekeepers.

Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees is one of the Eleven Mentor Roles.
