Employee Elder Colleague means a person that possesses Three WOO Qualities and presently works for one of the Ten Corporate Sponsors. 

An Employee Elder Colleague may nominate up to two other substitute Employee Elder Colleagues or Retired Colleagues to -

(i)          cover for illness, holidays or pressing work commitments;

(ii)         enable Retired Elder Colleagues to once again work together and cover for one another; and

(iii)        mitigate Key Man Risk.
