Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme 

On-Site Workshops means each of the 30 Wise Old Owls who nominate to be Gatekeeper will perform one or more of the eight of the Eleven Mentoring Roles that are available to Gatekeepers by collectively attending each of the Six Regional Townships where the 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students live to conduct for each of Ten Regional Township Teams three Mentor Days tuition classes (or training sessions in the case of the Three Mixed Team Sports) either during school holidays or over long weekends by end-April in each of the First RTV Year, Second RTV Year and Third RTV Year which aggregate to 540 Mentor Days of 'in situ'  training to achieve the Thirteen Deliverables From 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' Programme

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some or all of the attendees at On-Site Workshops in each of the Six Regional Townships in the Northern Territory where the 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students live might need to attend by zoom or similar video conferencing.

Team Sporting Coaches notes the following will coach each of the Three Mixed Team Sports for the Year 9 Mixed Teams' Tri-Sports Challenge during the First RTV Year made up of  -

  6  x  Gatekeepers who attend 5 Regional Townships each for '3 days' On-Site Workshops; and

10  x  Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employees who attend 31/3 Regional Townships each (either 3 or 4 Regional Townships) for '3 days' On-Site Workshops.

The below summary of total Mentor Days for all On-Site Workshops includes 180 Mentor Days expended by Sporting Role Models:

To prepare for the Year 9  Mixed Teams' Tri-Sports Challenge in the First RTV Year one Team Sporting Coach and one Younger Indigenous Corporate Sponsor Sports Employee for each of the Three Mixed Team Sports, supported by one Sporting Role Model, will attend each of the Six Regional Townships to conduct an On-Site Workshop with each of the Ten Regional Township Teams (and meet the Indigenous Local Connector) over three days, either during school holidays or over a long weekend =  10 visits x 3 sports x 3 visitors @ 3 days =  270 Mentor Days.

Four Nasty Pitfalls Besetting Teenagers

To Counter Violent Extremism And Radicalism a respected Mullah (educated and trained in Muslim religious law and doctrine) could accompany the two Life Skills Guardians and a Muslim Sporting Role Model that attend each of the Six Regional Townships in latter half of the Second RTV Year to explain (during a two hours presentation and Q&A and 'meet and greet' - to the 14 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students in each of the Six Regional Townships) the peaceful teachings of the Islamic faith as a religion and a social institution - followed by 1.7 billion (about 23.4% of the world population) - referred to as Muslims:

                        Bachar Houli, Richmond AFL Pakistan-born Australian leg-spinner cricketer, Fawad Ahmed Ms. Assmaah Helal Australian soccer player,   Islamic former NRL player, Hazem El Masri Usman Khawaja Test cricketer, 

To facilitate the Indigenous Advisory Council's Second Priority Area, a representative from the Australian vocational education and training (VET) system could accompany the two Life Skills Guardians and one Sporting Role Model that attend each of the Six Regional Townships in latter half of the Second RTV Year to explain training programmes and study courses associated with the various 'trades' (eg plumbing, electricians, carpentry, plasterer, locksmith etc) including that "women outnumber men in several small trades including animal attendants and trainers, veterinary nurses, clothing trades workers and gallery, medical technicians and library and museum technicians."
