Defined Terms and Documents 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme Indigenous Local Connector means three different Indigenous Australians who live in each of the Six Regional Townships (18 Indigenous Local Connectors across the Six Regional Townships) @ one Indigenous Local Connector per school year per Regional Township for the of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges will - (i) already reside in the particular Regional Township that he/she applies to be a Indigenous Local Connector with expertise in one of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges (ii) be chosen for a 'one year appointment' to provide weekly local mentoring to the 14 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students in the Regional Township Team in order to prepare for one of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges (that the Indigenous Local Connector possesses expertise); (iii) provide support to the Township Team Captain and Township Team Vice-Captain who liaise directly with the Regional Township Teams' Co-ordinators from time to time; (iv) be the Regional Township Team Cameraman; (v) facilitate 'connection' between his/her Regional Township Team and the other five of the Six Regional Township Teams' Co-ordinators and the Cross Section Of Mentors; (vi) provide (from end-January to end of the Late September/Early October School Holidays - 35 weeks) up to - * 6 hours 'in situ' Indigenous Local Connector Training Sessions per week to their Regional Township Team for the Year 9 Mixed Teams' Tri-Sports Challenge; and * 3 hours 'in situ' Indigenous Local Connector Training Sessions per week to their Regional Township Team for the Year 10 Mixed Teams' Public Speaking Challenge; * 3 hours 'in situ' Indigenous Local Connector Training Sessions per week to their Regional Township Team for the Year 11 Mixed Teams' I.T. Geek Challenge, as set out in Sanctioned Indigenous Team Connector Sessions; (vii) accompany their 14 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students in their Regional Township Team at the On-Site Workshop(s); (viii) plan and assist the Panel Of Three Judges conduct the particular Motivational Teams Challenge at the particular Challenge Judging Venue; (ix) accompany the final 12 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students in their Regional Township Team to the pertinent Challenge Judging Venue to compete in the Motivational Teams Challenge; and (x) be paid at the Indigenous Local Connector Fee Rate for conducting Sanctioned Indigenous Team Connector Sessions.
Each Indigenous Local Connector would be for the - (a) First RTV Year - a sporting coach conversant with the Three Mixed Teams Sports ; or (b) Second RTV Year - a retired English teacher with some Public Speaking And Speech Preparation Skills and/or debating experience ; or (c) Third RTV Year - familiar with some or all of the Variety Of Communication Options, and be keen to 'pass on their expertise' to a younger generation.
Ideally each of the Ten Regional Township Teams would have three different Indigenous Local Connectors for a one year appointment each.
With a view to - (i) galvanising bonding with the 14 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students in the Regional Township Team; (ii) capitalising upon the relationship and trust built up between the 14 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students and the outgoing Indigenous Local Connector; (iii) providing local back-up support to the succeeding Indigenous Local Connector to mitigate Key Man Risk; and (iv) rewarding each Indigenous Local Connector after their 'one year appointment' expires, the Indigenous Local Connector for the - * Year 9 Mixed Teams' Tri-Sports Challenge may accept the position of Emeritus Indigenous Local Connector for the Second RTV Year and enjoy the same rights of transport and accommodation to the Southern City Public Speaking Challenge as the Indigenous Local Connector appointed for the Year 10 Mixed Teams' Public Speaking Challenge in the Second RTV Year, contingent that the Emeritus Indigenous Local Connector provides material back-up support to the Indigenous Local Connector appointed for the Year 10 Mixed Teams' Public Speaking Challenge and attends at least one quarter of the Indigenous Local Connector Training Sessions during the Second RTV Year; and * Year 10 Mixed Teams' Public Speaking Challenge may accept the position of Emeritus Indigenous Local Connector for Third RTV Year and enjoy the same rights of transport and accommodation at the First City Venue as the Indigenous Local Connector appointed for the Year 11 Mixed Teams' I.T. Geek Challenge in the Third RTV Year, contingent that the Emeritus Indigenous Local Connector provides material back-up support to the Indigenous Local Connector appointed for the Year 11 Mixed Teams' I.T. Geek Challenge and attends at least one quarter of the Indigenous Local Connector Training Sessions during the Third RTV Year.
Seeing what it is like to be an "Unlucky Australian" notes that the role, commitment and aptitude of each of the 10 Indigenous Local Connectors (per school year) for each of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges (aggregates to 30 different Indigenous Local Connectors 'in toto' over three years due to the diversity between sport, public speaking and I.T.) is pivotal to success or failure of the 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' Programme.

Condition Precedent to Appointment of each Indigenous Local Connector:
As with all of the Various Parties, Indigenous Local Connectors would claim Out-Of-Pocket Various Parties Costs as provided for in the 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' Programme Budget Costs. Seeing what it is like to be an "Unlucky Australian" notes that ten x Indigenous Local Connectors each year are pivotal to - A) the success of the Thirteen Deliverables From 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' Programme; and B) television ratings of 34 x One Hour RTV Episodes of "Attaining Teenager Life Skills".
