Retired Elder Colleagues means former employees of the Ten Corporate Sponsors who possess Three WOO Qualities and have retired within the last 10 years.

Ideally at least 15 of the Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues, colloquially known as Wise Old Owls, will be Retired Elder Colleagues who nominate to be a Gatekeeper.

Due to the extra available time that Retired Elder Colleagues enjoy, they are ideally suited to fill the eight Gatekeeper roles amongst the Eleven Mentoring Roles which are pivotal to the success of 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills'  Programme.

A Employee Elder Colleague may nominate up to two other substitute Retired Elder Colleagues or substitute Employee Elder Colleagues to -

(i)         cover for the Employee Elder Colleague's illness or holidays;

(ii)        enable additional Retired Elder Colleagues to once again work together and cover for one another; and

(iii)       mitigate Key Man Risk.
