Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues or Wise Old Owls means the aggregate of Three Philanthropic Elder Colleagues from each of the Ten Corporate Sponsors who possess Three WOO Qualities and agree to provide their Administrative, and for the majority of the Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues, also their Gatekeeper skills (to perform eight of the Eleven Mentoring Roles) in a Philanthropic capacity for the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement. 

Ideally, at least one quarter of Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues should be women. 

At least one third of the Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues will have some Aboriginal heritage or a known association with Aboriginal heritage.
