Panel Of
Three Judges means three
Gatekeepers
drawn from amongst the
Three Team Challenges Mentors to
-
(A) plan
and deliver the particular
Motivational Teams Challenge, with the
support of the
Indigenous Local Connectors
for the
attending
Regional Township Teams
and the pertinent three of the
Six Regional Township Teams Co-ordinators;
(B) determine the
Winning
Township Team in each of the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges;
and
(C) selectively
mention the
Mentoring Support Messages
to all the
Regional Township
Teams
at the particular
Challenge Judging Venue for the particular
Motivational Teams Challenge, cognisant
that the
Life Skills Guardians
will conduct
On-Site Workshop
over 3 Mentor Days
to deliver
Mentoring Support Messages
to
each of the
Ten Regional Township Teams
about Four
Nasty Pitfalls Besetting Teenagers.
In the case
of the initial two of the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges
there will be two
Winning
Township Teams as there will be
Two Challenge Venues
for each of the:
In all, there
will be nine different Judges due to the diverse nature of the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges.
However, more than one of these nine roles may be covered by the same
Gatekeeper(s)
if a
Gatekeeper(s)
feels competent to judge and provide
Mentoring Support Messages
in more than one of the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges,
and
because they occur
over three
different years.
The Panel Of Three Judges will attend each of the
Four Challenge Judging Venues for each of the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges.

Motivational Teams Challenges
explains that the
focus on
Three Motivational Teams Challenges
is 'team performance' and not 'individual performance':
(a) All 'Awards'
by
Panel Of Three Judges during the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges
will be for 'Team Performance', with no
'Awards' for
individual performance, although patently RTV viewers, and the
Cross Section
Of Mentors and the
Various Parties, will evidence outstanding individual performances.
(b) The
Winning
Township Team will be announced by the
Panel
Of Three Judges for each of the
Three Motivational Teams Challenges.
There would be no 'Runner up' or 'Third Place' awards.
As with all of the
Various Parties, the Panel Of Three Judges
would claim
Out-Of-Pocket
Various Parties
Costs as provided for in the
Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills'Programme Budget Costs.
The Panel Of Three Judges
is one of the
Eleven Mentoring Roles
and one of the
Three Team Challenges Mentors.
