In all, there will be nine different Judges due to the diverse nature of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges.  However, more than one of these nine roles may be covered by the same Gatekeeper(s) if a Gatekeeper(s) feels competent to judge and provide Mentoring Support Messages in more than one of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges, and because they occur over three different years.

The Panel Of Three Judges will attend each of the Four Challenge Judging Venues for each of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges.

Team Bonding Impacts Of Three Motivational Teams Challenges explains that the focus on Three Motivational Teams Challenges is 'team performance' and not 'individual performance':

(a)        All 'Awards' by Panel Of Three Judges during the Three Motivational Teams Challenges will be for 'Team Performance', with no 'Awards' for individual performance, although patently RTV viewers, and the Cross Section Of Mentors and the Various Parties, will evidence outstanding individual performances.

(b)        The Winning Township Team will be announced by the Panel Of Three Judges for each of the Three Motivational Teams Challenges.  There would be no 'Runner up' or 'Third Place' awards.

As with all of the Various Parties, the Panel Of Three Judges would claim Out-Of-Pocket Various Parties Costs as provided for in the Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills'Programme Budget Costs.

The Panel Of Three Judges is one of the Eleven Mentoring Roles and one of the Three Team Challenges Mentors.
