Mentor Days means days that -

(i)         Wise Old Owls (who also nominate to be a Gatekeeper) expend as one of the Three Team Challenges Mentors or one of four Life Skills Guardians during an On-Site Workshop at each of the Six Regional Townships; and

(ii)        the Indigenous Local Connector in each of the Six Regional Townships expends in facilitating his/her Regional Township Team prepare for one of their Three Motivational Teams Challenges.

This equates to 17.84 Mentor Days per student over three years (2,855 days / 160 students = 17.84), with the largest contributor being the three Indigenous Local Connectors (over three years = 30 Indigenous Local Connectors) at each of Six Regional Townships which are scheduled to provide 773 Mentor Days.
