(iii) the Business Plan Developer has tightened/embellished several of the definitions in Defined Terms - YELP Jargon, Budgets/Costs, Reports and Software to quantify Economic Return On YELP Capex. The 2nd of the YELP SPV's Eight KPIs is the YELP SPV maximising Economic Return On YELP Capex. The higher the economic return, the greater the reduction in the >$155b annual Adverse Costs resulting from the Adverse Effects. Hence, robust software which factors in all the positive impacts upon Fifteen Problems, which includes the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, due to commencing a REA is fundamental to proving, during the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme, that the Forecast Return On YELP Capex will be at least tenfold (over and above the YELP SPV's injection of Capex) within 5 years.
