Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer means for the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme, the Research Programme Team measuring via one Health Assessment Appointment (prior to the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme) on each of 50 Volunteers in the first of Four Hypothesis Test Reports:

(i)         Personal Health And Fitness,

(ii)        Coping Skills,

(iii)       Family Unit Cohesion,

(iv)       Recreational Drug Use; and

(v)        Carbon Footprint

 

The following information for each Volunteer would be entered into the Return On YELP Capex Software by the Research Programme Team prior to commencing the Primary Research Programme:

  • Blood type *

  • Urine results

  • Lung function

  • Cardio-respiratory endurance

  • Physical examination results

  • Resting ECG

  • Cardio vascular results with full ECG monitoring on a treadmill

  • Estimated arterial elasticity

  • Fitness ranking

  • Stress management assessment **

  • Relationship with siblings

  • Dependence on medications

  • Recreational Drugs Use

  • Carbon Footprint calculator

The clinician in the Research Programme Team which conducts each Health Assessment Appointment would discuss with the Volunteer -

A.         results (including the blood test results, heart recovery rate, oxygen consumption, blood lactate and glucose levels and body temperature) and

B.         aspirations about Positive Lifestyle Changes.
