Out-Of-Pocket Various Parties Costs means the Various Parties (that are not highlighted in yellow) may claim reasonable out-of pocket costs for:

(i)         phone calls

(ii)        internet data costs

(iii)       meals whilst at sanctioned On-Site Workshops and meetings at each of the Six Regional Townships

(iv)       travel costs to -

            *        Four Challenge Judging Venues

            *        Six Regional Townships

(v)        motel, hostel or hotel accommodation at -

            *        Four Challenge Judging Venues

            *        Six Regional Townships

The Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement must approve all claims for out-of pocket costs.
