*          Achieves All The Taskforce's Terms Of Reference and Accords With Taskforce's Discussion Paper in particular ‘learning by doing’

 

*        Sets out in "Defined Terms - YELP Jargon, Budgets/Costs, Reports and Software to quantify Economic Return On YELP Capex" key parameters to prove, during the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme, the Forecast Return On YELP Capex will be at least tenfold over and above the YELP  SPV's Capex within 5 years

(ii)        Fifth Letter to Shaun Larkin dated 7 June '09 with 2 CDs "as at 7 June 2009" which informed that -

            (I)         the Executive Summary had been overhauled so Section III snapshots under 33 points the entire YELP  Holistic  Hub  First Business Plan with -

            (II)        YELP -

            (a)        accords with House of Representatives Standing Committee on Health and Ageing report  "Weighing it up - Obesity in Australia" - May 2009 released on 2 June 2009; and

            (b)        enables Dept of Health & Ageing to not merely report on health epidemics such as Obesity, but to work creatively with three other government agencies and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders, who collectively can directly influence hundreds of thousands of employees pursuant to Recommendation 18, to quantity using Return On YELP Capex Software the reduction in Adverse Effects and associated Adverse Costs.

 

 

The purpose of providing this Sixth Letter to Shaun Larkin dated 18 June '09, together with 2 CDs "as at 17 June 2009" is because several of the definitions in "Defined Terms - YELP Jargon, Budgets/Costs, Reports and Software to quantify Economic Return On YELP Capex" have been tightened/embellished.

 

The 2nd key performance indicator within the YELP  SPV's Eight KPIs is for the YELP  SPV to maximise its Economic Return On YELP Capex.  The higher the economic return, the greater the reduction in the >$155b annual Adverse Costs resulting from the Adverse Effects.  Hence, robust software which factors in all the positive impacts upon Fifteen Problems, which includes the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, due to Interested Adults in the Pilot Sample commencing a REA is fundamental to proving, during the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme, that the Forecast Return On YELP Capex will be at least tenfold (over and above the YELP  SPV's injection of Capex) within 5 years.

 

 

The 10th of Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives, namely a No Media Advertising Policy, is vital to achieving the Forecast Return On YELP Capex. 

 

 

Annexure G "Schedule of Correspondence" logs the Business Plan Developer's correspondence with 'inter alia' representatives of the proposed Four Public Sector Equity Holders and Taskforce members.

NB:      The afore-mentioned 1 Nov  2009 "start date" in SA for the 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme and 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot could be deferred to 13 Aug 2011, if necessary, which is the start of the 6 Months Training Schedule for the Busselton WA state triathlon.
