Five YELP Business Plans where YELP Holistic First Business Plan is the Hub

The Business Plan Developer's recent letter to -

(i)         Peter Morris, Depart of Health & Ageing, dated 18 Dec 2008 explained project enhancements since the Business Plan Developer's previous letter to Peter Morris, Depart of Health & Ageing, dated 8 Nov 2008; and

(ii)        Peter Morris, Depart of Health & Ageing, dated 31 Dec 2008 enclosed 2 CDs of the Five YELP Business Plans "as at 31 Dec 2008" which provide inter alia the Business Plan Developer's letters dated 31 Dec 2008 to the following proposed Four Public Sector Equity Holders in a YELP  SPV with Propagation Forecasts And Targets of >100,000 new Participants by end-2015 who commence a REA for the Two Purposes Of YELP  SPV:

            *            Senator Penny Wong, Minister for Climate Change and Water;

            *            Ross Garnaut, Head of Climate Change Review (a cyclist); and

            *            Peter Garrett AM MP, Minister for Environment, Heritage and the Arts,

            on behalf of proposed Two Major Public Equity Holders; and
 

             *            Senator Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research; and

            *            Senator Martin Ferguson (Minister for Tourism),

            on behalf of proposed Two Minor Public Equity Holders.

The enclosed 2 CDs of the Five YELP Business Plans "as at 15 Jan 2009" -

a)         provide About 65 More Recent Defined Terms For YELP Holistic 'Hub' First Business Plan with those in Yellow background of particular interest;

b)         embellish Timetable For Completion Of Milestones and Propagation Forecasts And Targets as in achieving >100,000 new Participants by end-2015 with a Forecast Return On YELP Capex across the Fifteen Problems for every dollar expended by the YELP  SPV of at least tenfold, there are several permutations -

            (i)          two types (Adult Enquirer and GP's Patient) and three categories (Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged) of Interested Adults who become Participants in a LDREG;

            (ii)        majority of Interested Adults during the Pilot will be leading a Sedentary Lifestyle and afflicted by at least one of the afflicted by one or more of the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks; and

            (iii)       half of the 50 Volunteers in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme would also be afflicted by Another Health Ailment; and

c)         added two integral definitions, Community Organising Model For Social And Economic Change and Community Organizing Group, as the Discussion Paper -

            (i)         identified the substantive USD$5.60 pay-back per USD$1 invested within 5 years from a "..... community-based disease prevention program" and no health agency has ever successfully conducted such a programme without involving community representatives - YELP Holistic First Business Plan proposes 32 Pioneer FOFs form the Community Organizing Group; and

            (ii)        comments that "The scale of the epidemic requires action to begin now.  It is crucial that this involves all aspects of national, state and local governments, the non-government sector, industry, business, private interests and local communities, and across all levels of government and within and across sectors."
