Two Major Public Equity Holders means for the Pilot and Primary Research Programme two of the following three Australian Government Departments that would collectively contribute 33.334% of 20 Month Budget to cover issuing post- Pilot and post-Primary Research Programme reports of $2,717,800:

*          Health & Ageing would contribute 16.67%; and

*          Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change would contribute 16.67%,

under the YELP  SPV for the Two Purposes Of YELP  SPV Refer Row 45 Column G of worksheet "YELP Budget - 4.9 years" in spreadsheet YELP Budget.xls for Pilot costs.

 

The above two Equity Contributions to the Pilot Budget would be contingent upon 12 Private Sector Equity Holders, drawn from Australia's largest companies, each contributing $100k circa each for the Pilot and Primary Research Programme which would aggregate to 49.99% of the 20 Month Budget to cover issuing post- Pilot and post-Primary Research Programme reports of $2,963,000 circa.

Annexure J - Equity Holder Definitions & Section Titles lists -

(i)         all files in the YELP Holistic 'Hub' First Business Plan which relate to the merit of YELP being delivered under a PPP structure between -

             *          Two Major & Two Minor Public Sector Equity Holders; and

             *          12 Private Sector Equity Holders,
for each Australian State and ACT; and

(ii)        the rights, duties, obligations of the Four Public Sector Equity Holders and 12 Private Sector Equity Holders which make up the 16 Equity Holders.
