Existing Human Resources means that the YELP 'Hub' Holistic First Business Plan, and the Other Four YELP Business Plans, require no new or additional human resources, or the training of human resources, as the -

 

(i)         32 Pioneer Fit Old Farts already possess Five Pioneer FOF Qualities;

(ii)        20 RECs already possess Eleven Sports Administration Attributes; and

(iii)       32 Pioneer Other Fit Old Farts already possess Five Pioneer FOF Qualities under the Fifth Business Plan.

 

Gross REC Remuneration for RECs to perform the Final Three Stages, in lieu of GPs, is a Budget Cost for the YELP  SPV .  However, the First Business Plan notes that -

I.           a REC's Gross REC Remuneration will be materially lower than a GP; and

II.          RECs will be a primary component in achieving the Forecast Return On YELP Capex to reduce the $155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs  Adverse Costs of the Fifteen Problems due to the Causes.

The number of RECs will reduce post-2013 because -

A.          RECs will have fulfilled their initial purpose to achieve -

             (a)        Critical Mass in order to launch the Propagation (3rd Phase) from 1 July 2013 - see Section 13 "Pilot Goals, Forecasts and Predictions"; and

             (b)        Collective Action by end December 2015 - see Milestones Timetable; and

B.         voluntary Accredited Participants would replace RECs  Supervising  Abled  Interested Adults thereby enabling RECs to limit their duties to -

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

             *          Supervising  Disabled and  Disadvantaged  Interested Adults; and
 

             *          supporting the vital role of Community Support Providers who are the backbone of LCCBSGs which foster a Sense Of Community.

The manner that tens of thousands of community-minded Australians volunteered, at materially lower deliver costs than paid employees, to ensure that the Sydney Olympics was a marvellous success demonstrates how Australians will support a project that they believe -

i)         is of national importance; and

ii)        sufficient professional skills will be injected.  

Large numbers of community-minded successful business executives, with Project Development Expertise, approaching retirement age could be induced to work under national Preventive Health programmes which assist Australians that had not been as fortunate as themselves, to improve their health and Wellbeing, provided these community-minded successful business executives knew some of them would enjoy decision-making input to create the structure and operations of the national programmes.
