First National Preventive Health Research Programme YELP Holistic First Business Plan YELP Holistic First Business Plan Defined Terms SWOT Analysis Executive Summary Deliverables And Costs Snapshot Page To 10 Benchmark Techniques Defined Terms for Five YELP Business Plans Second National Preventive Health Research Programme First BTAAP Business Plan Bohemian Teenagers Show Choir Programme Defined Terms BTSCP Second BTAAP Business Plan Bohemian Teenagers Symphony Orchestras Programme Defined Terms - Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestra Programme Third BTAAP Business Plan Bohemian Teenager Ballet & Modern Dance Programme Defined Terms BTB&MDCP Gross REC Remuneration means a REC would receive from the YELP SPV - (i) a base salary circa $40,000 pa for a minimum 30 hour week for 48 weeks pa or a composite of hours and days to aggregate 1,440 circa hours pa; (ii) commission for each favourable Participant Testimonial (individual performance report) provided by an Adult Enquirer or GP's Patient for Supervising or Referring to an Organiser of a REA (range $5,000 up to $30,000 pa) requiring up to another 20 hours a week; (iii) non-monetary recognition ($500 pa provision) via invitation to an Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in their state capital which recognises particular Australian Interested Adults, both Abled and Disabled, who have a Materially Altered Lifestyle by implementing Positive Lifestyle Changes; and (iv) opportunity, based on performance, to progress to an Administrative Role within the YELP structure to receive higher annual remuneration up to $100,000 (gross) for up to 3 years contingent upon achieving Performance Benchmarks. Section 12 explains that 'inter alia' that, assisted by the Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state capital which presents a YELP Exceptional Community Contribution Medal in recognition of each Exceptional Community Contribution, YELP provides an opportunity for successful business people around retirement age who possess Eleven Sport Administration Attributes to be Philanthropic by becoming RECs on a low Gross REC Remuneration relative to their present income - (a) because they view YELP as a well structured, purpose built, programme to foster a Sense Of Community by assisting Interested Adults less well off than themselves, in particular the Disabled and Disadvantaged; and (b) are comfortable with Donating To YELP Disabled Equipment Fund from Nil up to 50% of their Gross REC Remuneration to thereby receive Net REC Remuneration. YELP similarly facilitates Philanthropy beyond RECs as the Annual Presentation Awards Dinner also recognises A) to H) in Exceptional Community Contributions. The purpose of - (i) separately defining - (a) Gross Head Consultant Remuneration and Net Head Consultant Remuneration; and (b) Gross REC Remuneration and Net REC Remuneration; and (ii) the Business Plan Developer, if appointed Head Consultant, committing to donate 25% of his Gross Head Consultant Remuneration to the YELP Disabled Equipment Fund, is to encourage Philanthropy within YELP by - (iii) RECs similarly opting to donate from Nil up to 50% of their Gross REC Remuneration to the YELP Disabled Equipment Fund; and (iv) Participants and Fit Old Farts also being encouraged to donate to the YELP Disabled Equipment Fund because they believe YELP's structure is a highly cost-effective Preventive Health programme. |
