Final Three Stages means a REC  Taking Charge Of a GP's Patient who is afflicted by any of the Five Lifestyle Risk Factors For Chronic Disease who the GP has assisted progress through the Initial Two Stages of the Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’ under Lifescripts, whereupon the REC assists:

      5.    Maintain the new behaviour over the long term (maintenance).
