Take Charge Of or Taking Charge Of or Taken Charge Of means a REC taking charge of the Final Three Stages of the Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’ by -

(i)         in the case of the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot -

            (a)        Referring an Interested Adult to an Organiser of a LDMREG by providing the Organiser's 'phone number, name and e-mail to the Interested Adult  - explained in Section 4(a); or

            (b)        Supervising an Interested Adult commence a RREA in a LDRREG  -  explained in Section 10; or

(iii)       in the case of the 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme,  Administering the 150 ' Team YELP'  Participants, in concert with the Research Programme Team and Organisers, to either swim, cycle or run in their states Annual Endurance Triathlon; or

(iv)       in the case of the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme,  Administering 50 Volunteer(s), in concert with the Research Programme Team and Organisers, in their Selected District Recreational Cycle Groups.
