(a)           Phil Johnston, President of Muggaccinos Bicycle User Group (affiliated with Bicycle NSW Inc) aged 57;

(b)           played active sports all his life:

   *            21 years competitive cricket, including Secretary of Gordon District Cricket Assoc in early 1980s with >1,000 adult players - holding NSWCA Umpires Certificate from 1971 - 1973;

   *           12 years competitive baseball;

   *            completed two IronMan triathlons:
 -  Australian IronMan at Forster '89
 -  New Zealand IronMan at Auckland in '90;

   *            ran several marathons;

                *           completed approx 15 ocean and Harbour swims

(c)           swims about 4km each week;

(d)           cycles approx 125km hilly routes each Sunday with similarly inclined middle aged folk amongst Muggaccinos.com;

(e)           retired in 2007 from Commonwealth Bank's "Public Private Partnerships Infrastructure" Division after 37 years where he wrote credit papers to lend between $20m and $100m for urban infrastructure projects ranging from hospitals, prisons, defence force barracks etc which highlighted merit often flowing from private sector innovation.  Between 1990 and 2002 administered extensive inter-related Project and Financial Legal Documents for large syndicated bank debts (largest $3.95b Sydney Airport privatisation) for syndicates of debt banks.  Long working experience at Commonwealth Bank involving the ten basic steps to complete a Greenfield or Brownfield infrastructure project; 

(f)            holds from Macquarie University in Sydney -

                *        Bachelor of Arts Degree - Major in Economics & Finance - 1976; and

                *        Master Degree in Applied Finance - 2001;

(g)           adept at documenting agreements setting out all parties rights and obligations;

(h)           has cycled with 8 vision impaired cyclists;

(i)            is a Director of KOMpm Pty Ltd;

(j)            built KOMpm.com (King of the Mountain performance measurement) for cyclists to -

        (i)         log their Climb Times after climbing 63 majestic King of the Mountain Climbs around the perimeter of Greater Sydney and the Illawarra; and

               (ii)        compare their improvement and against other climbers in their age division;

(k)           has no association or involvement with any of the 8 Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers, or knows any employee of any of the 8 Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers;

(l)            has no association or involvement with any bicycle shop; and

(m)          is not conflicted in any way, shape of form when he recommends that Department of Health and Ageing and/or Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change supports the Project Developer encouraging >100 Community Bicycle Groups in Target Sales Market across Australia that do not have their own team jersey to purchase a Join a Green Team Team Jersey from one of up to 8 Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers which express interest in offering to produce a Team Jersey in the Approved Appearance.
