Benefits to YELP  SPV of Community Project  Join a Green Team

I.           Department of Health and Ageing, Environment, Heritage and the Arts and Dept of Climate Change, via YELP  SPV, delivering tangible evidence -

A.         of heeding IPCC's recommendation for a "shift in lifestyle" which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint;

B.         by attracting more Australians to commence a Local Healthy Lifestyle by facilitating 100 circa Community Bicycle Groups in the Target Sales Market based on Annexure A to easily order in lots as few as 15 high-quality Australian made Join a Green Team Team Jerseys at 30% circa below cost of designing a unique team jersey, thereby providing existing and establishing bicycle groups entity, identity and visibility which will assist increase the number of Cyclists who acquire requisite skills and knowledge under the supervision of a Community Bicycle Group which are predominantly Bicycle User Groups.

C.         to facilitate 20,000 circa Australian Cyclists within 100 circa Community Bicycle Groups over 2 year Propagation Phase to overtly display -

            (a)        Two Risk Mitigation Messages; and

            (b)        their Green priorities by wearing a Join a Green Team Team Jersey which displays selected Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans thereby providing overt evidence that these Australians -

(i)        are striving to reduce their Personal Carbon Footprint; and

                         (ii)       expect their Governments to make tough decisions to reign in Climate Change.

D.        via Invitation to "Show us How or Why" enabling up to 100 circa Community Bicycle Groups to post creative, thought-provoking Digital Short Movies on a Join a Green Team Website which expresses their view of -
*         How Australians can; or
*         Why Australians should,
Materially Alter Lifestyle to reduce their Personal Carbon Footprint, thereby providing a patent mandate to the Australian Government to make the tough decisions to reduce Climate Change caused by Australians. 

             By supporting the generic Join a Green Team Team Jersey, Government can cheaply and quickly assist 100 circa existing and presently forming Community Bicycle Groups obtain an attractive team jersey enabling concerned Australians to demonstrate their alarm over Climate Change and how they are Materially Altering Lifestyle which will assist others to recognise that "my Carbon Footprint counts." 

II.         Minimum order of 75 Join a Green Team Team Jerseys in Approved Appearance paid for ‘in toto’ at Agreed Prices For Long And Short Sleeve ($5,950) in advance by the Project Developer.

III.         >50 Muggaccinos cyclists wearing Join a Green Team Team Jerseys for a Photo Shoot for the Media Advertising Campaign to launch the Propagation Phase whereupon the Project Developer is responsible to attract 100 Community Bicycle Groups within the Target Sales Market  to order 20,000 circa Join a Green Team Team Jerseys from one of 8 Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers at Agreed Prices For Long And Short Sleeve within the remaining 2 year Project Life.

IV.        YELP  SPV would not pay $1,500 Muggaccinos Team Jersey Contribution for Project Developer assembling >50 Muggaccinos Recreational Road Cyclists for the Photo Shoot on the Agreed Saturday for the Media Advertising Campaign until all Conditions Precedent To Pilot Phase are achieved to the YELP  SPV's satisfaction.

V.        YELP  SPV would not pay any of $5,000 Jersey Distribution Fee, pursuant to Jersey Distribution Forecast, until Conditions Precedent To Jersey Distribution Fee are achieved to YELP  SPV's satisfaction.

VI.        16 Equity Holders may purchase, for promotional use, additional Team Jerseys beyond Muggaccinos initial order of 75 Team Jerseys at Agreed Prices For Long And Short Sleeve. 

VII.       Join a Green Team Team Jerseys can be framed in between two clear slices of Perspex properly secured with clips for about $40 a frame for promotions. 

VIII.      Six months into the Propagation Phase, towards end-2009, a similar concept Community Project Join a Green Team Bushwalking Group cotton 'Team Shirt' for Summer and 'Team Jersey' for Winter could be launched enabling Bushwalkers to similarly display Sanctioned Green Theme Slogans and achieve a sense of entity, identity and visibility to attract other interested local residents.
