Jersey Distribution Fee means the Project Developer during the Propagation Phase receiving $50 for each Community Bicycle Group which places a Purchase Order with an Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Maker for Join a Green Team Team Jerseys.

Jersey Distribution Fee is payable annually in arrears by Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change to the Project Developer based on evidence of Purchase Orders provided by Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers as explained in Conditions Precedent To Jersey Distribution Fee.
