Conditions Precedent to Propagation Phase which must be achieved prior to launching Media Advertising Campaign 

1.         Project Developer will provide to YELP  SPV letters from at least two of the Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers agreeing to sell a version of the Join a Green Team Team Jersey to Community Bicycle Groups in Australia in orders as small as 15 at the Agreed Purchase Prices For Short And Long Sleeve or cheaper which are in the Approved Appearance.

            It may be that one or two of the Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers agree to sell the Team Jersey at the Agreed Purchase Prices For Short And Long Sleeve which are in the Approved Appearance with say the Team Name appearing across the top of the back and also down each side which require a minimum order of say 20.  With other Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers offering a simpler style Team Jersey with the Team Name only appearing across the top of the back. 

            The important thing is that at least one of the Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers will offer a Team Jersey which can be ordered in lots as small as 15 which displays the Team Jersey at the Agreed Purchase Prices For Short And Long Sleeve or cheaper which are in the Approved Appearance.

2.        The Photo Shoot on the Agreed Saturday produces suitable photos for the Media Advertising Campaign.

3.        The Digital Short Movie of 50 Muggaccinos.com  Cyclists' encounter with a reincarnated Ned Kelly, as set out in  1^st SHORT DIGITAL MOVIE SCRIPT – "Ned Kelly revisited" included in  3 scripts of Digital Short Movies for 2 other Community Bicycle Groups that place a Purchase Order for Join a Green Team Team Jerseys may choose to use the 2nd or 3rd of these scripts provides a powerful precedent to publish on a Join a Green Team Website to stimulate other Community Bicycle Groups to place a Purchase Order and similarly make a Short Movie which displays "Why" or "How" Australians should/may Materially Alter Lifestyle to reduce their Personal Carbon Footprint, where YELP  SPV recognises the best Short Movie published each 6 months during the 2 year Propagation Phase be refunding the cost of the 6 monthly winner's Purchase Order.
